Starbucks is one of my favorite places but this Starbucks is one of the places I not going anymore since one of the workers. She yelled at me as I grabbed one of the drinks on the table to see if it was mine. The way she yelled at me was rude and humiliating, as if I was trying to steal a drink. She told me that wasn't the drink she was ordering. I told her I knew that, I was just looking for my friend's drink. She yelled at me again to get away from there, as if she hadn't understood me. She went to find a Latina girl who speaks Spanish to 'translate everything she was yelling at me into English' Obviously I'm a bilingual person, so I don't understand why she called someone else to tell me everything in Spanish. She is a black woman and just wanted to humiliate me because I'm a Latina girl and she was making fun of it. I would never go back to this place. I'd rather drive 30 minutes farther for good service.

Cold drinks are a scam , I love the place but, every time I asked for a cold drink they give you 3/4 of the cup full of ice and 1/4 of the real product, when you are ready to enjoy with 3 or 4 sip your drink is gone and you got a cup full of ice, basically I pay 6 to 7 dollars with tip for cap full of ice, living a taste of anxiety in my mouth because the drink is gone and your money, I never will order again a cold drink, and get rip off again. Other then that I allways buy Starbucks gift cards to give away to my clients, but Starbucks needs to improve and stop scamming people with those cup full of ice.

The morning crew is awesome. My bougie coffee is always made right. Jamie is an absolute DELIGHT. Any day that she's at the window is going to be a good day.
This Starbucks is literally the best in chicago. Their staff is always the friendliest on all shifts. I purchased late via drive-thru 03/26/2025 at 9:58pm. The staff was very attentive during my visit. They had great hospitality considering I ordered during closing hours. Representative âYanisaâ was awesome! The rest of the staff on duty was excellent. This store is always clean inside and out no matter the time or day. Thank you for your professionalism.

Today I ordered a large latte at Starbucks and was very disappointed with the service. I had to wait 15 minutes just for one coffee â and there was hardly any line. The staff seemed confused and in no hurry at all. The wait was longer than at a regular cafĂ© with lower prices and no big brand name. Itâs really frustrating that the service doesnât match Starbucksâ reputation.
