I placed a mobile order for pickup tonightâa Venti with three shots of espresso, extra cold foam, light heavy cream, and no ice. However, when I received my drink, it was only half full and still warm.
I politely asked the barista about this, and she explained it was because I had ordered the drink without ice. While I understand that might affect the volume, Iâve ordered similar drinks at Starbucks every week and have never encountered this issue.
When I asked if ice could be added, her response was, âOh, so you want ice now?â I found this response unprofessional and dismissive. I wanted to bring this to your attention, as my experience didnât meet the usual high standards Iâve come to expect from Starbucks.

This location needs to be re-trained. I came in to the store to pick up a online order at 10:25am and I waited and waited annnd waited and when 20 mins passed I asked them if they had got my order and they said âweâre working on itâ so I waited 20 more minutes and when I asked again they said âoh itâs been sitting at the drive throughâ donât you think you shouldâve checked before saying âweâre working on itâ it was an online in store pick up, why was it at the drive through window. If you see me there for 45-50 mins waiting donât you think you shouldâve approached me and asked âdo you need anythingâ nothing. Very unprofessional.
Made a quick stop for coffee at this location and the customer service was good! I didnt last long in this place. The baristas were quick with my order!

I took my 8 and 13 year old daughters to get some star bucks drinks never been there before the lady taking my order was beings very rude while I was trying to get them their order, I gave her my order and when I pulled up to the drive tru all I tried to ask her who spoke to me she took my debit card and closed her drive tru window and ignored me and my concerns no respect what so ever they did not want to hear me or that I had a bad incounter with the staff!! I will never return since they have no importance of how they treat the customers never will we return
