The barista with an attitude bcz I sent my drink back because it was done wrong. The second remade drink she handed back to me was the same as the first one. It’s not that difficult in making the drink. Idk if she was hard of hearing or she just didn’t want to do it right in spite of me returning the first.

Did a mobile order for two drinks. Went in 15 minutes later & only one was ready. Watched the employee make my second drink and realized she didn’t put the espresso shot I paid extra for. Had to ask for it on the side. The drink was poorly made.

I like the renovation but your staff - whether they are new or old to this location - they have no hustle. It is not abnormal to see a long wait for the drinks at this location but I waited 30mins for 2 hot drinks. It’s always been a busy Starbucks so I’m not sure why its seemingly understaffed everyday and service is sooooo slow.

The drive thru was closed. It was pretty busy inside and did not ask my name for the order. They only announced when my muffing was ready but not my drink. I had to ask after some minutes for the status of my drink. It was setting in there for minutes but was never announced.
