Store has terrible customer service.one of the young managers was rude and ignorant with me. I got my Uber eats order confused which I apologized she got indignant and told me if o didn’t like it call corporate!!! Now usually employees don’t get that out of hand to where they tell you to call corporate so this leaves me to believe she don’t care and she’s done this on a regular, and nothing is done about it. I would never patronize to this Starbucks I took them off my list with Uber. Uber also apologize to me for her behavior. I also told the young lady I apologize I feel that you owe me an apology. She said in a very ignorant voice. Well I’m sorry you got your order wrong. I tell you I was out done with that response.

This Starbucks used to be a corner cafe, a great place to have a coffee, watch people and enjoy the view out of the window. They’ve renovated the place and made it a pick up location. What a waste. That’s how you kill neighborhoods.

Went to Akira and afterwards realized I hadn't had my morning cup of coffee. Went in, ordered and sat and relaxed for a while. Great atmosphere.
