In Latin America, coffee farms are often run by families, with their own homes on the same land where their coffee grows. We've sipped coffee with these farmers for decades, sitting on their verandas, overlooking the lush beauty of the coffee trees rolling out in the distance. Most times it was a lightly roasted coffee like this one. It took us more than 80 tries to get it right-mellow and flavorful with a nice softness.

This place is very inviting! This is the first time I've seen a new team behind the counter. They are just as nice as the usual team I encounter. As soon as I walk in, I'm greeted with so many hellos! The young man that gave me my Latte pronounced my name right and everything. I thanked him for that and he was glad he said it correctly! The kept the same energy for evey customer after me. The only people who complain about the staff were already in a bad mood. Complaing...
