This location is awful with the rudest workers. I asked for no ice because I have sensitive teeth and the woman managing said I would be charged extra for this. I asked why and instead they gave me this drink. Half full. Horrible service.

I’ve never been a big fan of this jewel Osco before. It’s usually dirty the employees are usually rude and the produce usually looks like people have tossed it around. Today takes the cake there is a mouse running around in the produce department and the employees are just looking at themselves like there’s nothing they can do about it. The only redeeming quality about this location is the pharmacy staff who are fantastic.

DONT COME HERE PLZ :). This is the worst service I have ever encountered. The staff didn't ask me what size I wanted, she arbitrarily made a large glass for me. She also set the price of the glass of water higher than other places. My glass smelled like stale milk, my friend and I had a stomach ache after drinking that glass 10 minutes. Everything is bad. Don't come here, save your money. I really wasted the money this time :)

This place has a perfect location but the employees are clueless. Asked one of the employees if this was a mobile order or drive thru only and said yes but there order desk is hidden with no sign that says order here. Im standing like an idiot trying to place a mobile order then a customer walks up and orders. Some people don't care to be nice or friendly and have a decent customer service, even these corporations don't give two shits either.

I ordered 2 drinks 1 frap with shot of expresso which they didnt add because they were so busy passing people the wrong drink and a chocolate almond expresso. They wasn't taking the names down or the ordered and the gay guy was so angry started arguing with me about a drink i been waiting for 10 orders ago. He should've taking care of me first I spend good money with starbucks to be treated like this. Im always getting played buy starbuck just had to say something this time
