So the staff were pleasant and real . However , they wouldn’t allow me to use the bathroom without making a purchase . I been to Starbucks in every major city except for NY . Even sacramento with a heavy vagrant populations let you use the bathroom without making. I was just taking back by this experience. No woman should ever be denied access to a restroom . We wonder why in this patriarchal society our woman are so mistreated? It’s clearly by design .

I totally understand the new Starbucks rules and have seen the improvement in some stores. But the person at the register is very rude. I witnessed this gentleman asking to use the restroom and said he would purchase something afterwards (you can tell he had urgency) and the lady said nope with an attitude. Basically forced to buy something just to use the restroom is insane. Respectfully there is other ways to address this situations. No need for the attitudes.

They took longer than 20 minutes to prepare the order, even though there were no people in the establishment. The baristas were just chatting among themselves and not paying attention to their work!

This location never makes the matcha right. They put so much in that it clumps and tastes bitter. I'm not sure how a barista can look at a cup of sand and think it would taste good. It has been like this since they moved locations.

Ever since they moved locations, my drink has been made wrong/inconsistent every time without fail. They’re pretty simple drinks, too. They seem so much more impatient now as well, but there’s a select few partners that I do like.

They moved a couple blocks South from Columbia and Sheridan. This is smaller with less seating but no outdoor seating, unlike the last location. I had a Green Tea.
Reyna is a perfect. Mystery is how she remembers favorite drinks from the customers like me. I come to this coffee shop 1 time a week but she knows what is my favorite coffee drink. Amazing. Maybe I not spelled name correctly but she works at Thursdays after 5pm… and she deserves all best from the costumers. Thanks a lot again you make costumes happy :)

Make sure you repeat the order exactly to the barista because the lady(batista) with an attitude will make up excuses how she has so many orders. She didn't even put the label on the cup so she had no idea what my orders were exactly. She then had the audacity to complain to me about an order I made which is the reason there are labels in the first place. I even heard a customer say to be nice because she kept running her mouth. It was a simple order, just please look at the labels and stop making excuses. Next time, please have manament train her to put the labels on the cups prior to her making the drinks.

While visiting my daughter going to college we went here daily for 5 days. Overall great experience. Friendly staff. Over the weekend they were slammed and looked short staffed so it took a little longer - totally understandable. We ordered the ham and Swiss which was good and bag of chips. Along with ice chai with oat milk and dark roasts coffee both were great. Has a nice inside and outside seating area.
