Short woman at window at noon was extremely rude. Maybe don't shut the window rudely on customers and don't be rude? Customers are just trying to pick up their orders, don't know why she had such nasty attitude, she even caught herself being rude and continued to have an attitude lol. Please hire/train better staff.

I was grabbing a coffee as my postal shift started and as I drive up to the window, a wonderful person named Petra greeted me and complimented my fro. We chit chatted while we waited for my coffee to be ready and me being in a rush, hit my coffee on a package and dropped it on my own two feet :/. Petra immediately gave me 2 rags and redid my coffee. I was already having one of those mornings and she made it as bright as her smile!!! AGAIN THANK YOU SM PETRA

Idk why but Starbucks Lattes are the worst. missing flavor, not creamy at all. Bland. Why does this coffee shop stink at coffee. If it's not ice and sugar it sucks from here. Stop asking for tips...

Back in November when we went on strike to advocate for workers rights at Insomnia Cookies they were so supportive! I’m glad to see this store finally become unionized. Everyone deserves an uplifting and supportive work environment.

Location is terrible. Have tried this location multiple times on way to and from work, so this isn't based on a one time bad experience. Food is always subpar, and drinks are terrible! Coffee tastes like sewer water 🤢 Refreshers are always highly watered down.

Idk why every time I come here and order a drink with OAT MILK I get regular milk in my drink… and trust me I can tell what I got. Like do you do this on purpose? Can you not read? Idk but if you run into someone who has a serious allergy or intolerance and has the funds, you’ll be held reliable. So I suggest you stop doing that.

I usually love getting my coffee at Starbucks. I go there often and really enjoy their drinks. However, the last time I visited, I decided to use my reward points for the first time to redeem a free drink. Unfortunately, I was disappointed. The coffee I got tasted too milky and wasn’t sweet at all, which is not what I expected.

I still appreciate Starbucks and will continue to visit, but I hope my next experience, especially when redeeming rewards, will be better.
