I understand that restrooms are for customers only, and I was a paying customer—just from another Starbucks nearby. Still, the employee here bluntly told me it had to be a purchase from this exact location at that moment. No courtesy, no flexibility.
As a diabetic, I asked what drinks were sugar-free. One employee vaguely said they “have something without sugar,” so I trusted that and ended up buying it—only to find out later (after Googling it myself) that it does contain sugar. So now I’ve spent money on something that could literally put my health at risk, all because of poor information and careless service.
This is the kind of experience that really sticks. Unfortunately, it reflects a larger problem—bad service, bad attitude, and zero accountability.
Do better.

music way too LOUD I wanted a nice place to come and drink coffee not a dance club! One guy is wearing gigantic headphones, another couple of people went outside in the ninety degree heat! Please remind your staff…. It is not their apt and when you come to Starbucks you want to relax! I WILL NEVER COME BACK TO THIS STARBUCKS AGAIN…(6108 north western)

I USED TO WORK 10 YEARS FOR SBUX. THIS IS THE WORST I'VE EVER BEEN TO. THEY DON'T CALIBRATE ESPRESSO MACHINE SHOTS TASTE LIKE STRONG ROASTED MUD AND SO DOES THEIR ICED COFFEE. I'LL NEVER GO BACK THERE. THE 1 ON WESTERN AND TOUHY IS MUCH BETTER, EMPLOYEES ARE NICER AND MORE HELPFUL TOO.

They were rude to me when I told the worker that my order was wrong. I had ordered just a lemonade, and they gave me just a cup of water. The worker told me to get out of the store when I didn’t do anything wrong, i just wanted my lemonade
The workers that closed on October 8, 2024 were being very rude and messed up every drink in my order. Said they were out of a lot of the things I wanted to order and very rudely said they closed at 9pm. I didn't know they were closing at that time I don't know the hours they didn't have to be rude about it.

The soft drinks are very good but you pay a lot of money for so much ice, but it was 3/4 glass of ice, that is not even good service

I ordered 3 mocha frappes this morning through mobile app. I arrived at the store 10 minutes after ordering. I saw the African American lady ( don’t know her name ) started making my order. I was waiting for another 6 minutes in the store then I saw two drinks were placed on the pick up area. Then I kept waiting for my third drink. That African American lady left . Initial, I thought she was waiting for the coffee dripping or waiting someone bring her milk or something else. In fact , she left my drink in the blender; did not finished. That African American lady was distracted by something else. At this point, I went to the cashier and questioned my order . Another lady started pouring my drink to the cup and finished my order. OMG . What kind of service was that . Ordered online ,had to wait in the store , missing order . I’m not going back this store again .

No pastries at 4pm? Place was filthy. Trash overflowing. Bathrooms, omg. There was actually some, human waste, on the floor. The staff were nice and the coffee was good. Just dont touch anything.
