I understand that restrooms are for customers only, and I was a paying customerājust from another Starbucks nearby. Still, the employee here bluntly told me it had to be a purchase from this exact location at that moment. No courtesy, no flexibility.
As a diabetic, I asked what drinks were sugar-free. One employee vaguely said they āhave something without sugar,ā so I trusted that and ended up buying itāonly to find out later (after Googling it myself) that it does contain sugar. So now Iāve spent money on something that could literally put my health at risk, all because of poor information and careless service.
This is the kind of experience that really sticks. Unfortunately, it reflects a larger problemābad service, bad attitude, and zero accountability.

music way too LOUD I wanted a nice place to come and drink coffee not a dance club! One guy is wearing gigantic headphones, another couple of people went outside in the ninety degree heat! I USED TO WORK 10 YEARS FOR SBUX. THIS IS THE WORST I'VE EVER BEEN TO. THEY DON'T CALIBRATE ESPRESSO MACHINE SHOTS TASTE LIKE STRONG ROASTED MUD AND SO DOES THEIR ICED COFFEE. I'LL NEVER GO BACK THERE. THE 1 ON WESTERN AND TOUHY IS MUCH BETTER, EMPLOYEES ARE NICER AND MORE HELPFUL TOO.

They were rude to me when I told the worker that my order was wrong. I had ordered just a lemonade, and they gave me just a cup of water. The worker told me to get out of the store when I didnāt do anything wrong, i just wanted my lemonade
