Ive been going to this Starbucks for years, never had a problem before, but recently they have a new employee who seems like she is trying to maybe overdo following the rules and makes an unpleasant atmosphere. Every time I walk in there she is correcting people, where we should stand, answering questions from older customers with attitude like they are bothering her. It’s been obnoxious enough that Im happy to go to the new cafe across the street.

Update your hours on google and app! Says you open at 5:00AM on Tuesday. I’m outside the door at 6:15AM doors locked and employee shaking their head no we aren’t open!
Bad attention from the staff. I stayed in the hotel opposite and we never returned after the first terrible attention from the managers. It's the worst Starbucks I've ever been to. They gave me my flat white in half, I had to return it to them and they reluctantly did it again.

You guys please remove that, coffe maker from prairie shores main office, and highly recommended people to please stop buying, it shows 2.70 something on the machine, but they loot out, 5 dollars out of your bank, and coffe/hot chocolate are really unsatisfing.

Very Discriminative towards me in mexican male I came in and seen people order and get serve before me for 15 mins and asked about the drink it was ready but it was sitting and it melted and the guy with the tatto and a beard was very rude about it and didn't offer to fix or help me so I just ask refund and left will never return.
