I have been coming to this Starbucks for years . However I placed a mobile order and came in to pick it up . I went and grabbed both of my items . The young lady Vonnie saw I did . I asked for the sauce that came with my sandwich . She proceeded to ask me “ did I purchase a packet of sauce”. The sauce is approximately.26 ounces and she asked me did I purchase the sauce . I find this highly offensive. She then proceeded to say I need to know if you brought the sandwich and drink . Basically racially profiling me . I hope she receives a warning because I will not be back at this location for a while now

More then half my drink was foam. There should be more coaching on what is expected for drinks to look like because i paid over $7 for this. I get matcha gets clumpy because of the new recipe, but im a partner myself and this could have been easily prevented. I did not have time to ask for a remake or call back so this makes it more frustrating.

If I could leave 0 stars I absolutely would. It’s absurd how understaffed and overworked the people are here. I recently moved into the area so this has become my go - to Starbucks and the last 3 days their has been a woman with short hair ( who honestly is the only reason I come back) who is so kind but my heart breaks for her because all the other workers seem to be little to no help. Sitting around, on their phones (highly unprofessional). This place NEEDS better staffing and better management. It’s sad walking in and seeing what I’ve experienced coming here. Safe to say I won’t be coming here AGAIN!

Really relaxed vibe with the kindest baristas. The chai latte I had was somehow a step above all other Starbucks chai lattes I’ve ever had. Would highly recommend this specific Starbucks!

Ive been going to this Starbucks for years, never had a problem before, but recently they have a new employee who seems like she is trying to maybe overdo following the rules and makes an unpleasant atmosphere. Every time I walk in there she is correcting people, where we should stand, answering questions from older customers with attitude like they are bothering her. It’s been obnoxious enough that Im happy to go to the new cafe across the street.
Technically your regular Starbucks but because of the space and the neighborhood around it I love this location specifically.

Update your hours on google and app! Says you open at 5:00AM on Tuesday. I’m outside the door at 6:15AM doors locked and employee shaking their head no we aren’t open!
