This is rocky, because overall it’s a good store good people! But unfortunately one bad apple spoils it for me! I don’t know her name but whenever this little white girl is in there by herself customer service is a bare minimum, she waters down my drinks it’s just always something with her to the point I don’t even want Starbucks from Taylor street anymore

the bathrooms here are super dirty they close early and open early restrooms should be cleaned especially when they are gender neutral.The service other wise is good

When I got there on Friday evening the cashier was talking to a group of what looked to be college students. He was taking their ordr big was also laughing and playing with them, he didn't care that their was another customer behind them who didn't have time to wait for them to laugh and joke about nothing. Then when I gave my order, the cookie crumble mocha which has been around for years, be acted like he didn't know what I was talking about. Then when he rang up my order he didn't tell me how much it was, I had to look on his to get the total and even when I asked him he didn't tell me. Won't be coming here anymore. Will continue going to the one off Ceremak

I haven't been in a Starbucks in while and it seems like the workers their have taken on a much nicer town. I went today to both the ones on 71st and Stony Island and later the one on Taylor Street and the attention that received was extraordinary at both. The one on Taylor Street in Little Italy they apologized profusely that the restroom was out of order.Honestly the only reason that I went was internet problems at home but I was surprised about today's experiences that I'm saying something about it now.Wheelchair accessibility: Being currently on crutches I found it easy to get in an out.
Had to wait in line for 30 min and they were out of almost everything. Very bad. This happened for 3 days straight.

I’m genuinely surprised at the state of this Starbucks, the customer service wasn’t all that great, they didn’t greet me or answer me when I asked a question or respond when I said thank you, and I mean I don’t need them to say hi or you’re welcome but I would at least like an answer to my question staff seemed pretty rude and bathrooms were really dirty. We were also kicked out at 6:15 despite store hours being until 7pm, never had that happen at other Starbucks.

The coffees are fine. It's Starbucks. There is one lead/manager that turns off the order ahead function whenever she works. The wait times become ridiculous just to place an order. It's not that busy so we must assume she has other reasons. If it's off, you find her at the register. Sigh.
