my friends and i got there at 4:45am for the teddy bears cups and was told that they wonât be pulling them out until 9am , we came back at 8am and was told that they already sold out. the staff lied to us to keep them for themselves

Iâve had coffee here three mornings in a row, and each time, i was greeted with genuine kindness. The coffee has been delicious every single day. This morning, I sat inside for a bit before work and took in the vibe â the energy from the team was vibrant, warm, and welcoming. Iâd definitely recommend stopping by for a coffee or snack!

Very rude staff. When though I had just purchased a drink, would not let me use their restroom even though there were three minutes left until closing, with the excuse that they had already cleaned it. Wonât ever set foot at that place!

the drinks are all half ice including the ventis and they don't let you do 'light ice' in the app anymore.
My husband and I got Prince Street pizza (across the street) and thereâs no seating there, so we walked across the street to sit at a table outside of Starbucks. I did plan on buying something so we werenât just loitering there, and we had just set our stuff down and after about 1 minute of sitting (I was starving and just wanted to get a bite in) the manager came out and yelled at us, like passive aggressively.
I told her Iâm fine with buying something since thatâs what I planned to do. Once I left to go inside, I turned around and asked if she actually worked there, because after she got on us, she sat at a table directly opposite of ours and stared at our table and got out her phone and was seemingly recording us. It very much felt like a setup for one of those public freak out tiktok videos.
After waiting inside for a second to get a drink, I was too creeped out to stay so I walked out and we left. We got a very passive aggressive âbye have a nice dayâ in that high school mean girl tone that she very much shouldâve grown out of by now.
Needless to say I wonât be going back
But to be fair Iâm not 100% convinced she actually works here
