Literally the laziest staff I’ve ever seen - seems like management is trying to cut costs through a reduction in service. I never realized it was such an obtuse ask to get a coffee before 6am. 3x in the past month there was a sign (such as the one below) posted on the door.
There are plenty of places to get coffee in the area. I’d recommend somewhere else.

honestly I hate to say this but I was in need of coffee, so I ordered one. It was coffee bean water though. I couldn't believe it. They were very busy so maybe it was just a bad batch. I just wish I had checked before I left.
