honestly I hate to say this but I was in need of coffee, so I ordered one. It was coffee bean water though. I couldn't believe it. They were very busy so maybe it was just a bad batch. I just wish I had checked before I left.

Ordered a tall gingerbread oleato latte at 5am ready to get things done for the day. A tall is a small in Starbucks lingo, and it's still pretty pricy. Took a first sip and was disappointed that the latte tasted so mild. When oleato was release it raised some speculation, but it adds a spicy kick to the coffee and makes it worth it especially paired with gingerbread--the flavors would really compliment each other. I feel like I was being tested to see if the oleato was actually there but it just tasted so bland...

Add: My October drink is awesome today from Sophie. I redeemed my stars and decided to add whip, drizzle, and crunch to blonde espresso. Delicious! Thank you Sophie. I love every drop of it. That will be my new fav. :))———————-Add: Shout out again in September month. Sarah is so cool and very kind. She introduced me drinks I haven’t tried and she made it so good. Always great customer services here. Thank you Starbucks. :))————————Stopped by for my birthday in August. Good atmosphere and friendly staffs here. I frequently use this Starbucks as it is on my way to work. But there’s this older gentlemen that makes my drink just right. It’s a busy location as it is in Logan Square. Street parking and usually a long wait. But everyone here is friendly and welcoming.

The server drop my bread, she picked it up from the floor, walked back pretending she was going to do it again and this is how she gave me the same one. Very disappointed. I didn’t say anything because I was late for work but didn’t eat it.

I have had various times where they get my or my wife's order incorrect but today's experience warranted a 1 star review. I like to order the turkey, provolone, and pesto sandwich for my wife on Wednesdays, however they placed an egg white turkey bacon breakfast sandwich in the labeled bag, not sure how that happened. I then tried to call the store after I got home to let them know of the mistake, and possibly a credit option, but they immediately picked up the phone and hung it up on me after I said hello. Really unprofessional, sadly.
