There is server guy he is name is Luis I both a coffee and Spanish feta I ask for rest room password and he ask me what I ordered he is really very bad tried to costumer please do it something for your name and your Brand name Thank you so much

Came in after the superbowl for the free tall coffee. I had to recover my starbucks account for them to scan the barcode. My wife ahead of me, was able to order on her own account. When it was my turn, the scan didnt work and they did not offer a coffee anyways. For a multi billion dollar company. Youd think they'd just give you the coffee especially if its not working on their end. Really unbelievable. The staff was less than helpful and my wife, having worked in retail before, asked for it to be zeroed. They replied accusing me of having already used the free coffee scan, while i had just recovered my account in front of their eyes. Low class and bad customer service.

I had a terrible experience coming in with the store manager Tamara. She was not professional to her customers and employees. She did not greet me at all. I live by the area and this is the closest Starbucks to me. I do my best to not come by anymore because if I see her it’s ALWAYS a bad experience. I really hope this Starbucks gets new management soon so I can come back!

What is this? There was no evidence of any coffee either visually or taste wise. Flavor wise the drink tasted heavy in dairy with a cheese like mouth feel.
I was just .50 cent short for a coffee and this employee turned me away, my heart is broken. I was so hurt I just asked for water and walked
