They seemed to have lost my order and I watched about a dozen people come and go with their own drinks, some of which were mobile orders but the majority had come in and placed in-person orders after me. The staff was definitely very busy, so I have some compassion for them, but when I asked where my drink was they looked at me like I had 3 heads and I had to tell them my correct order multiple times. The whole experience left a bad taste in my mouth and I doubt I'll be back.

This morning i ordered a drink at 5:31 receipt number: 72436496 , the preparation time for the drink was confirmed to be 5-8 minutes , when i arrived the store was still closed , there were 2 staff inside , i tried to wait until 5:45 , the store was still not open , although the announcement said the store opened at 5:30 , i waited patiently and knocked on the door for help , because i had to be at work at 6:00 am , but the 2 staff did not assist and ignored my presence , they were very unprofessional , i had to leave at 5:49 , at that time there was also a customer waiting for the food they brought to work with disappointment the behavior of the 2 employees of Starbucks Sauganash branch this morning , requesting Starbucks Sauganash to refund me the money for my 3 drinks .

Cadence was a GEM!!! She treated me and my kids as if we were family. I was greeted with a genuine smile and a friendly attitude. When asked about my day she was attentive and kind while listening. Every time I come she recognizes me and gets started on my order right away. Best addition to the Peterson team. Great job.

Honestly, this place USED TO be really good before. But now the quality is so bad. I ordered drink have salted caramel foam and it so liquidity and tasted nasty. Excuse me, I want FOAM not salted caramel milk!!!. Order espresso shot but have coffee ground at the bottom???? With that prices and taste like mcdonalds coffee? This is so shame, might be mcdonald's coffee taste better tho. If yall as a customer what do you guys think? Is that worth for you to paid pricey drink with bad qualities like that???

Come here often in the evening and the only person that’s friendly to me is the blonde young lady the others are always slacking off and smell like marijuana. Not coming back here anymore after 10 years. Hope you guys give the blonde young lady a raise because she’s the only one that’s worth keeping there, but she’s totally overworked.

Really a hit or miss especially when a new employee is taking orders incorrectly and when you point out the mistake to the person handing you the drink, they just shrug their shoulders and say that is what you were charged for. I just spent $6.50 for a grande cup of ice.
