This has to be the worst Starbucks I have been to. The coffee taste terrible, they need more training how to make the drinks. I’ve never had such a terrible experience with any Starbucks. And after reading all the reviews I know I’m not wrong! Please train ur people correctly!!!!! And also my cup wasn’t even full! This is the 3rd time this happens, won’t be giving them anymore chances. Terrible place!

Hispanic people BEWARE. The baristas here are clearly racists and discriminated me and my mom heavily. I went to get coffee with my mom and we got there when the facility was empty. After that I noticed that more people came in and noticed that they all received the orders before me. I asked 4 baristas about my order since at that point I had waited 15 minutes and all customers after me received their order. All baristas answered me with an attitude and said “your order should be in there I don’t know what to tell you”. They didn’t bother to give me a refund until I asked for one. All baristas were white by the way and I felt dismissed and disrespected by each and everyone of them. I don’t know what they have against Hispanic people but Hispanic people beware before coming here. They don’t respect you unless you’re white. The only person who I felt like they treated me like a human was the person that took my order and she ended up leaving before this whole situation happened. I understand that sometimes orders get lost when there’s a rush hour, but my issue was how I was treated and the discrimination me and my mom felt.
Starbucks do better when hiring people. Please check if your employees respect POC because the workers here clearly don’t.

I have been here many times but recently I have come to order drinks 2 times, but the last 2 times all make me disappointed with the people who take orders at the counter. Their attitude is very discriminatory and I am Asian. It was my very bad experience in this place and I told my husband that I didn’t want to come to this place anymore. Although I am a loyal fan of Starbuck.

Monday 11:27am I walked into this starbucks and said hi...the Lady with the RED hair looked at me but didn't say a word. I went in to purchase an item in my hand and I didn't see anyone at the register. I locked , I said hello to the same employee and she gave me a ugly look ..said hi and walked away. Someone please teach this woman a thing about being customer SERVICE.

Probably one of the most unfriendliest Starbucks I've ever been to. I've been coming a couple times in the morning. Always do mobile order. Never friendly. Last time I went through drive-thru person got on the speaker and said what do you want? I responded back. Good morning, how are you doing with no response so I said mobile pickup. Just got the response. Just pulled for it very firmly. All I can say is if you hate your job get a new job

I just got my usual matcha drink at this store. It was not blended well and the matcha powder was in huge chunks. I asked the barista in the store to blend it better and she refused saying that that's just how it's made. It is undrinkable.

Extremely kind welcoming staff. I see the morning crew most days they are always in great spirits as well as kind. The sense of community that exist within this Starbucks is something I truly didnt expect from the staff to the guest its a momentary time capsule of humanity. Making this possibly my favorite Starbucks both in Chicago or that I have been to . drinks made with care. They answer questions knowledgeable about products. Good recommendations. Lol I asked if the manager was here so I could tell you in person myself . I am truly impressed by the staff care of us and each other. Brings a smile to my face. Bless them all and yall 2025. Ice Lemon Pound Loaf is the most consistent product anyone has ever dropped

The place is dirt and the service is terrible, workers are just talking on the phone and not letting customers know when the coffee is ready, the cashier was so rude also , never go to this place again
