Extremely kind welcoming staff. I see the morning crew most days they are always in great spirits as well as kind. The sense of community that exist within this Starbucks is something I truly didnt expect from the staff to the guest its a momentary time capsule of humanity. Making this possibly my favorite Starbucks both in Chicago or that I have been to . drinks made with care. They answer questions knowledgeable about products. Good recommendations. Lol I asked if the manager was here so I could tell you in person myself . I am truly impressed by the staff care of us and each other. Brings a smile to my face. Bless them all and yall 2025. Ice Lemon Pound Loaf is the most consistent product anyone has ever dropped

The place is dirt and the service is terrible, workers are just talking on the phone and not letting customers know when the coffee is ready, the cashier was so rude also , never go to this place again

Good starbucks drive-through location. I've always ordered ahead on the app, and went through the drive-through, and my items were always ready when I got there. Staff is also very kind and friendly. They were also very understanding when I had a mistake on my order once (on my part).
This location is also conveniently located on Lincoln, making it a quick in and out if you're doing pickup.

The staff at the drive thru are always very friendly! They uniquely greet each guest by asking their name after the employee introduces themselves which gives their service personalization!

The coffee is good, I got a Blondie, very good, the service is ok, could be better, there were 4 people at the drive through, just standing around, the 2 people inside the store walked pass me, then decided to wait on me, not good service.
Well it wasn't all bad I sat outside as I normally go to ones in Morton Grove or Glenview but used to live in an apartment down the street from this location so I walked it was a nice day after going to the barber I got attacked from geese which was kind of fun they tried to steal my spinach fed wrap never would expect it from geese more from a seagull. On the outside patio anyways that was the highlight. Then after that 75-year-old black man came over outside and started opening and smoking a crack pipe or something he walked 5 ft next to me and facing the ground hunched over stood there for 15 minutes it didn't move in one place after he was doing his drugs. But besides that in the area it was a nice sunny day and 80° weather ???☕
