I had a horrible experience. One lady is name Rosa and then there was another lady I asked for a decaf cappuccino vanilla they gave me a Frappuccino. I just had a diabetic attack about 10 minutes before I wanted to get something warm to drink so I’d stop shaking then they were very rude and gave me a half a cup and I ordered a large then I came back so excuse me ma’am can I please have a large cup can I have a full cup please I ordered a large and paid for a large I would like a full cup please she got an attitude and threw it in the garbage and then made it with an attitude. They need an attitude adjustment. They’re rude as ever here I’m going to report them to the corporation that is unacceptable to treat people. That way you treat people how you wanna get treated that’s wrong and it’s at the airport. That’s sad.

The guy was on his phone all the time, I’m 18 but I’ve worked so many places they would never allow phones ever while on a shift he was doing his job right but he needs to put his phone away, I work at Raising Cane’s in Burnsville Minnesota so I know

The staff were very friendly and efficient. Friendly airport staff are sometimes hard to come by, but the Starbucks employees made me feel welcome and taken care of. Bless them. I expected to wait a long time, but my food and drinks were out in a shocking few minutes. Very pleasant experience.

Starbucks at airports are generally not great. But this one really need Corp training support.Currently, it’s unable to manage the volume because they don’t use names, most customers grab the wrong order and return it, the wait queue is longer than the order one. It’s a operational mess. Causing the employees to be stressed, frantically redoing work and providing unnecessarily rude service.Few tweaks to the order management operation, and so much friction would be removed from the customer experience.

Absolutely the worst Starbucks I've ever visited. Corporate should takeaway their franchise permit. Employees are rude, their drinks are sloppy. The ladies there today 10/09/2022 don't know the meaning of customer service. I asked for a mango dragon fruit refresher with water NO lemonade. Not only they did used lemonade but they were upset when I brought it back and asked they make me a correct drink. One of them even asked me to go back a make the line again. Then the two ladies started arguing because the one who took the order didn't include the NO lemonade. Terrible!

The people before me specifically asked for a iced coffee but they received hot. So when I ordered I made sure to clearly say a Large Iced Coffee. However the started off by also me a hot coffee instead of iced. Then when I got the iced coffee i received a GR which I understand I guess since I said Large and not the correct terminology….Two wrong orders in a row within the 15 minutes, when it’s not busy could be indicator of something wrong with the two employees at this time.

Today I had been to this store. Customer service is worst. She did not listen to my requirement properly and no response for my questions and all she didn’t even bother about scan the app. I have asked repeatedly but she doesn’t listen. Looks like she is in training as I could see she is young girl.I wouldn’t recommend this store

As a flight attendant I go to a lot of Starbucks at a lot of different airports, and in my experience Starbucks at airports are typically not the best, but this one is fantastic! The staff were so friendly and accommodating, and they were very quick and efficient. What more could you ask for :)

Horribly slow service. Understand that it’s in a busy terminal but 2 employees for a 50 person line is ridiculous.After waiting for 20 minutes, I Ended up having to leave the line before I could even order.
