Let’s talk about it. I barely visit this location but every time I go the entire staff greets you with a smile and are extremely nice. The👌coffee is always fresh and hot and made to perfection the lines moves really fast even when it is long …I appreciate how you guys are professional and your customer service skills are always great keep up the great work. I love Starbucks. It's one drink that I get particular, but nobody ever makes it the same. It's almost like it's different every time I get it. And then there's always that one person that makes it the same way all the time, and that's the salted caramel cold brew. I like miles with double salt. And double caramel drizzled on the inside of the cup sum in the phone. You know any shot of blonde with a vente blonde cup of ice water? I don't know. Sometimes everybody just can't get that combination right? You know where I could actually taste the salt in the caramel, and the one person they used to do it. Works at starbucks in indiana cross the street from carvelas now.So that's that unless amoe carvelas

I typically pass all Starbucks to go to this one but this morning they pissed be off. Not only did I purchase through the app…but I wanted a sandwich Turkey pesto with provolone but I’m allergic to dairy and they usually take the cheese off. Today “I can’t take anything off the sandwich” I wouldn’t be pissed if the option to take the cheese off was on app or they just could have took it off like last week. Other than that this Starbucks is okay with me.
Let’s fast forward to 8/15/24 .. these ppl gave me a banana nut loaf (I don’t even eat bananas) I asked for a damn brownie! Like istg I just won’t come back
