Girl they made my drink wrong after I asked for something specifically and when I went back and apologized asking for a remake, they had sm attitude and told me I already complained a few times recently and they didn’t make it wrong. I haven’t gone to this Starbucks in SO LONG what?? And I haven’t complained “a few times” I complained 1 time a month ago like what.. and ik for a fact they dont remember me cus 😭😭 also after they remade my drink it was like 20x lighter and tasted way different so wdym u didn’t make it wrong like?? anyway the drink was good after all that attitude

We ordered a dragon drink and we complained that it was made with lemonade, when we asked for no lemonade, then we asked if we could get another one. But when we asked the employee gave us attitude and accused us of lying. Another employee ended up fixing our order.

I went in and my daughter wanted a Summer Berry Lemonade so I ordered a venti size drink. I’m not a person that likes to create problems but what I received was a cup full of ice and it literally looked like it was just water, ice and the boba!!!! When I have ordered this drink before at another location it has been like the advertisement color blue!!! I’m mad at myself for not speaking up and requesting another drink made. So I hope anyone else that experiences this speaks up and make your money worthy because they are not a $3 drink.
