Overall score: 1.5/5 (rounded it to 2). So I had a 50% off of any drink promotion on my app and was like why not go to Starbucks? The one in the brickyard was closed so I went to the target Starbucks. I came in and told the cashier about my deal and was immediately turned down. She didn't even take a look at my phone about the deal. Kept on saying "she wasn't aware of a 50% off this week" and went ahead and charged me for drinks. She didn't even give a moment for me to decline not to buy there. To top it all off, when I was buying, she scanned my card twice. Honestly, I get it. You gotta be quick when working in any food industry. However, to keep and maintain customers, you gotta make sure your customer service is there. (I worked at a barista position before too.) Tbh, I'd rather go to the other Starbucks that has an online order option and better customer service. I'm not here to dissuade customers but just give a fair warning. If you want Starbucks, maybe go to the target one if the other Starbucks is packed. If you want a great experience, go to the original Starbucks in brickyard hands down.

Long lines no matter what time of day. Sometimes they close the lobby and turn off mobile ordering in the middle of the day, which is very annoying. The staff is always nice thoigh and my drinks are always made right.
