Every time I get coffee from here either delivery or takeout it’s always awful. Going to stop giving this location business. The one on elston near the target does coffee way better.

Starbucks experience This morning at 5:30 AM, after working all night doing DoorDash, I went to buy a plain, black coffee at one of their stores. Although I don't speak English fluently, I ordered my coffee in English in the best way possible. However, the person who served me made a gesture of indifference that made me feel uncomfortable. Although I don't think his gesture was intentionally racist, I felt like he served me reluctantly, and that affected me as a customer. I am Venezuelan and I understand that the language barrier can cause misunderstandings, but I was hoping to be treated with a little more courtesy. Unfortunately, the look on his face and the attitude I sensed are not what one would expect to receive at an establishment like Starbucks. It would be ideal if there was a greater focus on respect and kindness towards all customers, regardless of the language they speak.

I would LOVE to know what it takes to work here. I got turned down for a barista position after turning in an application. One Starbucks tells me to reapply and the other rejects me the next day? I have a master’s degree with years of customer service and I get rejected…for a barista position. What does it take to make coffee? A law degree?

Was a bit worried based on negative reviews of the baristas (by name?) recently. But based on my visit I found those reviews to be incorrect and unfounded!

Walked into Starbucks after a LONG day. Was pleasantly greeted by a barista named Zoey who asked me about my day and put a much-needed smile on my face. I moved here recently from the suburbs and will definitely be coming back!

I came in for my mobile order today and I asked for a straw. This barista named Zoe rolled her eyes at me and scoffed! Literally a mean girl vibe. And about to give this review I did see another one about her! Completely agree on the snobby attitude. Is this the type of baristas Starbucks is hiring it’s unfortunate.

A spontaneous situation led me to visit a Starbucks here in the city of Chicago, and I must say, I was very pleased. How many times do you close your eyes to the final product, but the staff and their work are also nice here. Thank you for the service.
Had spicy passion fruit lemonade, wasn't bad. Would buy again.

Shout out to miss Audrey and Bella! I went in the morning and came back in the afternoon to grab my lavender matchas im obsessed with and the girls were super sweet. I love everyones refreshing kindness today it was lovely.

Biased vibes, barista Zoe definitely can say good morning to other customers but not when I walked in and gave me a snob attitude towards me on ordering. This location use to be a lot better! No cup holder for my hot coffee either - or at least a double cup, had to literally put my hot coffee asap in my car!

There’s human beings, and then there’s the super humans who work at this Starbucks. They know the names and lives of countless customers, and somehow make people feel loved while also making drinks at the speed of lights with a pack of people staring at them waiting for their order. Forever grateful for these incredible people.
