It's a Starbucks. It's fine. I've been coming here for a couple years and I generally like the items I get. However, they lose a star because I feel that the quality is not consistent. Or rather, I feel that there are consistent issues with what I get in particular.
I always get iced mochas. The iced mochas come with whipped cream by default on the menu, but the workers almost never put the cream on my drinks. I generally have to ask for them to put it on when I pick it up. I also am starting to feel that the mochas aren't being made correctly, and don't have enough mocha flavor in them. A few years ago I'd get a mocha and it would be darker in color than a regular latte. The mocha I got today was the same milky white as any other iced latte.
That's all really. The workers are friendly and nice. The atmosphere is good, and generally clean. I just wish that my drinks would be made as they are specified on the menu.

So let me start by saying that I had high hopes for this location since it's right up the street from my job, but no such luck. When I first got in there I was surprised that there were no patrons at the register. i was like "Yes!" I order my usual drink...Triple Grande Mocha Whipped Cream Caramel Drizzle. I pay...pre-tip at the register, give my name and have a seat at pick up area where there is an overly friendly guy calling out names, names, more names, and ten minutes pass and I start seeing that people who arrived after me are getting their drinks. I'm confused at this point so I go to the register and ask the excessively friendly guy who hands people their drinks holding the lid where they are going to put their mouths, and I say my name and he says, oh your drink should be over there at the very end of the counter. Apparently there is some system and they may or may not say your name and you are supposed to know through mental telepathy that your drink is ready. Now of course my whip is melted and my caramel is melted into the coffee as well. Not to mention my coffee is warm, not hot, and my morning coffee is ruined. I had to try and revive this horrible cup of coffee, which tastes like burnt hot chocolate, with the coffee at my job. Needless to say I won't go back. The McDonald's next to my building on Jackson is a much better option.

The staff is nice. Drink orders are usually good and the food as well. I don't want to say always because I don't like to speak in absolutes and I also don't want to jinx myself. I typically like coming to this location before the morning rush because it won't be as busy and there's not much of a wait period. I usually order in person and not through the app.

Wonderful Starbucks! Associates welcomed me when I walked in, and were genuinely friendly. They had someone working the mobile orders, and he was amazingly engaging. I will definitely go back because of how welcoming they are!
