April is a standout amongst her peers as she always delivers an outstanding customer service and the reason as to why I frequent this location as much as I do, not a single barista in this company will ever come close to replicating the quality and consistency she delivers every time she makes my drink, the iced caramel macchiato
The staff is nice. Drink orders are usually good and the food as well. I don't want to say always because I don't like to speak in absolutes and I also don't want to jinx myself. I typically like coming to this location before the morning rush because it won't be as busy and there's not much of a wait period. I usually order in person and not through the app.

I always get iced mochas. The iced mochas come with whipped cream by default on the menu, but the workers almost never put the cream on my drinks. I generally have to ask for them...
