This is a great Starbucks! I went on a busy Saturday and there was only 2 employees, both guys working. The person took my order was super nice and we chatted sports for a minute while he was working hard. The customer service I think always has that extra positive touch at SBux. On top of that they have the best egg white sandwich and iced coffee!

I ordered the drink I always do which is a blonde vanilla latte and it DOES not taste like it. I’ve had this drink made bad before but nothing like this for an $8 coffee I would expect consistency. Will not be going back.

This just happened 04/19/25 2:40pm. I was on my home and went in to make a purchase. I had to pee really badly. I even threw away a Starbucks cup for a drink I purchased up the street and had just finished. I asked the girl at the counter for the restroom code and she proceeds to tell me I have to make a purchase first. I just moved into the Millennium apartment building next door, so I went home to pee. But I did not return to Starbucks to buy anything. And I won’t be purchasing anything from this Starbucks location in the future, no matter how convenient it is, because imagine dehumanizing a customer who intended to buy something in the first place.

Always wonder why 5 employees can give impression to work but it takes forever. Starbucks just also isn’t really coffee. Can blue bottle open in the neighbourhood please;)

Returning Starbucks rewards member , arrived super hungry and ready to order my fave the spinach and feta wrap , cheeses danish and large matcha latte, but had to use the restroom facilities, I inquired about the bathroom code from one of the employees, he told me I had to make a purchase first, I told him I was a rewards member and I was going to order and he repeated again very rudely and with an attitude problem, completely unprofessional tone of voice, so after that warm welcome decided to go across the street to potbellies, where they welcomed me warmly and gave me the code with no problem at all and I ordered and spent my money there instead. Mind you, I’ve NEVER been asked by a store employee of Starbucks to EVER make a purchase. They’ve always been welcoming friendly and will give the Code with no problem and no attitude at all! Very frustrated and disappointed, please do better with your employee training Starbucks!! I know you can do it!!!

I had a great experience at Starbucks. The coffee was delicious, and the place was really nice, clean, and well maintained. The staff was friendly and provided excellent service. Additionally, the bathrooms were spotless, which was a pleasant surprise. Overall, it was a wonderful visit! 🇺🇸
