This is the worst Starbucks, but unfortunately, it's the closest one to my job. The staff is so slow, and they keep talking to each other instead of making the drinks faster. It shouldn't take 25 minutes to get a drink.

Probably the slowest Starbucks in the city! I work in the area and have had to wait over 30min for my drink to be ready. Yesterday it was almost 45min for a single latte!

Probably the slowest Starbucks ive ever been to. Literally saw people get up and leave without their drinks cuz they got tired of waiting. Definitely recommend people go to a different location

I’d like to bring to your attention an unpleasant experience my wife and I had during our recent visit to your store.
While I was waiting in line to purchase a drink, my wife urgently needed to use the restroom. Because the employee at the front register was busy taking orders, we politely asked several other staff members for assistance. Each of them told us to “ask someone in the back,” even though there was clearly no one available in the back of the store at the time.
After waiting about five minutes in line, when it was finally my turn to order, I asked the front register employee for the restroom code, explaining that my wife had an emergency. Instead of showing basic courtesy and empathy, the employee insisted that I needed to make a purchase before she could provide the code.
This response was completely unacceptable and showed a lack of compassion and professionalism. My wife and I were clearly paying customers, and we were treated with unnecessary disrespect. Situations like this create a negative impression of your establishment and your staff’s customer service training.
I hope this matter can be addressed so that future customers are treated with more understanding and respect.

I am also united states postal driver and I pulled up on Monroe parked the mail truck to go in ( my plan was to get a medicine ball ) but first I asked for the code to the bath room and was told by a very tall black guy that I had to make a purchase first , my response was are u serious about USPS employee cant walk in and use the bathroom with out making a purchase thats crazy and he then replied I dont care if you were the president , I responded with yea ok and left the establishment only to write about it in the reviews. I'll never enter the doors of this location ever again and I hope lots of people see this and take into consideration im delivering mail all through the loop monday -friday.
