I simply love Starbucks. From the smile in their faces, the spirit, to of course the delicious caffe latte I always take. I love how mild the coffee is.

The guy calling out drink orders this morning was very rude. I showed him that i placed an order at 8:40 and it said it was going to be ready at 9:30. I asked him if he could check if my order was going to take 50 minutes so i can just come back later. He said yes my one drink will take 50 minutes, rolled his eyes and didn’t even bother to check on my order. i left to work and 5 mins later by drink was ready. if he would have checked that my order was being worked on then i wouldn’t have left. I then asked for a small cup of water in which he refused to give me. If he was just standing doing nothing it shouldn’t have been hard to take 10 seconds to fill a cup of water. Managers need to keep this guy in the back not the front. never had a problem with any of the other employees

I used it a few days ago during a less crowded time.
The customer service was polite and the product delivery was not slow, which was the best part of this trip.

First, I understand that this location tends to be especially busy in the mornings. However, the employees don’t seem welcoming and respond as if they’re being forced to work. This wasn’t my first time experiencing this at this location, and the service has consistently been poor. I won’t be returning!

Oh to be one of the chosen few who get good service. I usually have a decent experience in the drive thru. This location doesn’t have one. So at this location their favorite white people are serviced before other people paying with their hard earned greenbacks

If you’re ever in a hurry in the morning or trying to get food before work, DO NOT COME HERE! Everybody is running around but NOTHING is getting done. I’ve never wrote a bad review in my life until I came here. It HAD to be done.

Literally waited here for over an hour for two coffees and an ice water. They must have had to make the ice. Walked out after an hour, never got those coffees we paid for. Lots of angry folks inside with no coffee either and no sense of urgency from the staff.

I went into the Starbucks on 26 July and I already knew that I was going to buy a new Starbucks cup so I went over and picked it up and as soon as I did that, the lady behind the counter looked at me and followed me through the store as I was going up to the Menu to look at it even though she had people in line waiting for her assistance. Then when I went to check out, I asked her what latte or drink was new and she did not know so I said OK don’t worry about it. Just get me a caramel crunch Frappuccino and she asked me what size I wanted and I said I was going to be using the new cup right here that I just bought, and then she still asked what size I wanted, and I said whatever size fits in the cup. They are extremely rude. They sit behind the counter and talk and chitchat and they don’t seem like they’re working. It’s only like two people working. The customer service is just horrible at this location and I will never be back.

I Went in to grab a quick drink, and right when I walk in I immediately notice the music is LOUD. It was so loud that the guy at the register had to lean in to hear me and we struggled to get through the interaction. Not to mention his attitude was neutral at best towards trying to figure out what I want. But we eventually got through it and I waited and then saw basically all the employees, including the manager, standing around and talking while there were orders. Not only that but there was apparently an off the clock employee just standing in front of the register talking loudly to the other employees. My drink usually takes less than 2 minutes to make, but here it took almost 10 minutes of standing. Definitely don’t recommend this location.

I recently visited the Starbucks coffee shop and had an exceptional experience. The atmosphere was inviting and perfect for both relaxing and working. The highlight of my visit was the summer lemonade, which was refreshing and perfectly balanced. The staff were incredibly friendly and polite, ensuring a pleasant and efficient service. Their attentiveness and cheerful demeanor added to the overall positive vibe of the place. Additionally, the coffee was excellent, living up to Starbucks' high standards. I highly recommend this location for anyone looking for a great coffee experience with superb customer service.

Truly outstanding service at this Starbucks location in the elegant Central Standard Bldg.

Walked in with an elderly family member and immediately spotted the ADA table. It needed a quick wipe down from prior guest. Batista heard and immediately showed up with a cloth. Crix was that courteous barista. He also took our order but also took a moment to deliver elder's coffee and cream (he likes them separated).

Tried the new pesto mozzarella breakfast sandwich along side the usual impossible sandwich. Both were enjoyed.

Love that there are table stands conveniently spaced out. Great windows for natural light and healthy plants (which are uncommon) to warm up the space.

Way more talking going on than working - no service differentiation to continue buying from here, especially given the alternatives of other Starbucks/ coffee shops within walking distance.
