I’m literally here now and I usually enjoy myself at this particular location but today the staff is different and they were a bit rude. The bathroom smelled horrible! I asked ( as I usually do) can someone please spray & in the past they sprayed for me & once even gave me a complimentary sandwich for having to experience the horrible smell. I understand it’s a public restroom but this time they told me they usually dont spray after I asked them multiple times explaining the horrible smell and after 20 minutes of waiting. One of the barista’s Vell messed up my tea order and they had to re-make it. Although I was very polite & respectful and I even tipped they were very annoyed. Vell and the other Barista (I didn’t catch her name, light skinned AA young lady proceeded to complain to each other of how much they disliked their jobs, other job related vexes etc, and how they couldn’t wait till they got off. They stated this right in front of me, a paying customer! That was very rude of them & such awful & unprofessional customer service. I was shocked because I believe their annoyance was literally directed towards me for my issue with the bathroom and my tea. I’ve never had this issue here but this particular staff was rude, unprofessional and somewhat incompetent with making orders to the point I thought they were new hires. Today’s date 1/29/2026 5:23 pm. Management please talk to this staff regarding professionalism and respect. Starbucks is pricey & customers shouldn’t have to experience rude & careless service. It literally was appalling. I’m a business owner and I never would treat my customers like this.

The barista's here are so sweet and incredible. I had just come from class with a plant I was given, the workers gave me a cup to put it in without me asking. Truly so kind. All the workers are always super sweet and have actual conversations with you. This is a super busy location but they always get your order out as quick as possible. By far the best location! I love seeing the familiar faces every morning when I stop to get a tea before class!!

Went here on October 17th to ask if they had a phone charger I could use. Was desperate. Phone just died and was trying to get home. Girl said, “We’re not allowed to charge phones.” What? Why? Asked for a mgr. 5 minutes is all I needed. You’re not allowed to charge phones. Ok. Mgr. cones out and says, “ we don’t have chargers.” Which is it? I took the girl’s “ we’re not allowed,” as not wanting to help me, not couldn’t. There’s a difference. I should not have raised my voice at her “. As told, I was desperate. A letter is being sent to the store Mgr. apologizing for my actions. They should have charging stations at ALL Starbucks and don’t LET customers use them, UNLESS they BUY something.

This place and the kids that work there are the worst! When I was there a homeless man came in and he didn't bother their guests, he didn't ask for money or food, he simply walked up to the counter and asked very nicely for just a cup of water...they ignored him...then they very rudely told him no because it's policy...POLICY?! What about the human being standing in front of you? He wasn't drunk, he wasn't loud...he was thirsty! Ironically I myself and others I know have been to Starbucks and asked for a cup of water, and you know what, not one time was a policy mentioned. They just gave me the water, but the homeless man, no, and btw yes I bought him a bottle of water. They suck, and I will never go back.

I had such a great experience here! The barista was extraordinarily kind and went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. She took the time to answer my questions with a smile and you could tell she genuinely cared. 💖 Amazing service—thank you so much!

I ordered on the app while in the store even though there was no one in line. I then watched 5 people order from the counter and go before my order was ready. It was 7 minutes past the time they said it would be ready in the app. They clearly do not fill orders on 1st come 1st served.

Very solid. Starbucks shop staff was friendly and helpful. Took care of some extra needs. I had to have ice on a hot hot day. Quick service. Everything was tasty.

We bought the Chicago and Illinois cups for our souvenirs to bring back home. The outside seating is perfect since today’s weather is fabulous 67 degrees Fahrenheit.

The cashier was quite polite, however, when I walked in I said hi to a male employee who looked at me like I was crazy and said what?? Moved on to what appeared to be the manager who happened to be standing at a register but was actually training the cashier. Said hi again, her response was she'll take you after her and gave an instruction to the trainee and walked off. Ordered and was good till I sat to wait for my drink and this girl put the drink up there and walked off, never called my name. I then asked if it was mine and she said are you Hall I said yes and you didn't call my name, I just looked up from my phone as I was dining in to kill some time. Is rude the language of this Starbucks???
