Nice location in the midst of everything! Treated myself to a reward after a stressful doctor's appointment. Nicely made drink (Black Tea Lemonade with Blackberry base & fruit) and very friendly staff. Limited seating inside, so sat outside in cafe area enjoying the city's energy. Good visit!

This Starbucks....doesn't have enough chairs? I wound up standing while my kid ate because there was only 1 chair per table? Also there is no way to dry your hands in the bathroom - no paper towels or hand dryers.

The tiny black employee showed a bad attitude when I asked for the bathroom code while ordering my coffee. She knows me well because I buy my espresso every day, yet she forced me to leave and get my coffee from Dunkin' Donuts.really bad stuff and management
The worst Starbucks I’ve seen so far. I could not get a receipt. Both printers were not working. Two toilets for customers but only one functional. I had to wait in line.

I stood at the counter waiting for service. The Barista made two drinks, looked right at me, then kept making drinks. 10/2/24-A Barista was eating in the corner. She stuffed food in her mouth & immediately began making multiple drinks. She did not wash her hands or use hand sanitizer. I was going to order a Frappe. When I saw her lack of care, I changed my mind. Her name tag was Otis Iris, or something similar.

The place lacks a little cleanliness, it is located in front of the art institute so you can have your coffee and appreciate the architecture of the place.
