Spent this past week at Willis for a company training event, and the staff was incredibly personable and helpful. Knowing this location has a pretty steady flow of customers/regulars, and being a former Starbucks partner myself, I can only imagine how difficult it can be to maintain a positive composure all the time (especially during peak hours downtown). Yet they were still always accommodating. One partner in particular even made an effort to remember how to pronounce my name, which was incredibly sweet considering I was just running in/out to grab my mobile order: tysm, I’m sorry I didn’t catch your name, but this is my unofficial “POQ” vote for you 🤭.

Workers are constantly just shouting about. The environment is quite jarring and the ambient volume is off the charts.

I went to this Starbucks today and what a disappointment! Everything was dirty, the tables were dirty, the floor was disgusting... and there were flies on the tables. What happened? Be more careful.

Third time I’ve had to wait in store 30+ minutes past pickup time, I’m never coming back to this location. Staff is always nice and I understand the early morning volume, but they need a new system - accurate wait times, a cap to mobile orders, a better way of tracking orders… something.
Amber was my cashier and was extremely rude didn’t really listen and seemed to be overwhelmed by my presence. The other employees are usually great, and I enjoy this location however this experience was atrocious. I spend my already minuscule breaks coming to this location and got horrific customer service smh. Time is 10:05 AM May 2nd 2025. Ordered 2 drinks the same way ended up paying for one despite repeated attempts to say2. Also was dissatisfied when I was drilled about providing a name for my order when I said 3 times I was going to scan my app to get stars. If I see her I will turn around

Nice little Starbucks in the bottom of the Sears Tower. Seating available in the hall outside the cafe (inside the tower). Looks like there is an indoor shopping center there now too. Busy, but to be expected and I don't mind the wait. :)
The worst starbucks in Chicago, the staff is very angry and unfriendly.
There are a zillion Starbucks out there, but this one stands out for good vibes and smooth service from staff.

Visited from a different city alone and this was the first starbucks i visited from traveling the worst experience ever for some reason they DONT know or how to make my drink a SIMPLE drink even thought i ordered this multiple times before i came here the cashier made me look dumb in front of everyone asking me “whats the drink though”, “the foam is just a topping” THATS WHY? i want foam with my drink on the topping “can you repeat the order i cant understand it” instead i left with nothing from disappoint and got irritated i specifically asked for a iced grande with oat milk and vanilla foam thats all its a waste of time here never coming here again

We stopped by after our visit to the Skydeck and the staff were super helpful. The vibe was great - not too noisy for the time of day we went in - and I received my order pretty quickly. It tasted exactly as expected, too.
