I like that it is underground. Wish the baristas wouldn't break into song and dance every hour, on the hour. But the coffee is good.

I think this could be the smallest Starbucks in the city. Nevertheless, they were courteous and polite. I was a little annoyed that it took so long for my mocha frappuccino but then realized the the barista was being trained. So, no harm, no foul. You have to learn some how and what better time than when it's not crazy busy.

THE BEST STAFF, but the tiniest Starbucks known to man. In the summer they have a patio, but in the winter they're always way over max capacity with people waiting for their drinks. I don't know why they don't expand it.

Worst Starbucks Ever. We ordered the Bacon Gouda and the staff suddenly threw the food model out of the trash. One Star is a waste for this store. I've never experienced like this situation even the food is out of order.
