I have mixed feelings about this post. My drink was good but the service was not so great. There was a huge line - about 30 - at this kiosk in the middle of terminal 7 at O'Hara Airport, Chicago. The line ebbs and flows depending on planes off boarding. I watched for the line to get down to about 10 and the got in line. There were 6 staff working and I thought they were really working it. I noticed they offered a pumpkin cappuccino so figured I could get pumpkin in a chai tea. I asked, was told yes and was elated. I order my chai tea saying what I always do, "venti soy chai (with pumpkin) iced. The cashier repeated it and I asked her if she got the "iced" part. She told me I needed to say "iced" first. So to accommodate I repeated "iced venti soy chai with pumpkin", smiled and paid. I stood off to the side with others who were waiting for their drinks or food. After 15 minutes I noticed a lot of people who were behind me were getting their drinks and food. I watched for another 5 minutes then asked one of the staff about my drink mentioning that I've been waiting for 20 minutes and a lot of people behind me already got their drinks. She asked me my name and what I ordered and said she did not have an order. She continues to make drinks and the cashier says that yes, I ordered and paid for that drink. She makes me the drink and sets it out like nothing happened. No one apologized or even looked at me but continued on. I could have been dealing with robots. Lucky for me I had a long layover and had time to wait for that drink.

This Starbucks location in the Chicago airport is very busy. I did go at peak hours around 8/9 am on Monday morning so that's likely why the line lasted around 20 mins. There were two people working and they did a great job of taking the orders and fulfilling them fast. I ordered a cheese pastry and grande americano and I had my order within about 3 minutes. If you're in a rush I would not stand in line here but I have to say for how many people that get in line, the staff does an excellent job of moving people through. The terminal is very busy.

I went to the Starbucks in terminal 1 and have to say with only 2 people working they were so nice and efficient. I'm used to the employees at the airport being so slow and crabby.

This location needs more adult supervision. There is always a long line because of poor communication and organization.

Horribly slow service. Understand that it’s in a busy terminal but 2 employees for a 50 person line is ridiculous. After waiting for 20 minutes, I Ended up having to leave the line before I could even order.

No hot sandwiches, waited in line for 15 minutes and had to go to another Starbucks and wait another 20 for a breakfast sandwich at the central location.

This is not my favorite location and it has some room to improve. Often it is understaffed and it take a while for the line to move. I have been here a few times and it is inconsistent on the quality of the drinks. Sometimes they make it right and sometimes they do not. I will give it a few more tries because it is often on my way to my gates.

Wait for coffee and miss your flight. Accommodating COVID isn't easy. In many ways it's transitional as passengers begin to again emerge in airline terminals. Starbucks is definitely having issues here. While the Starbucks one end of the concourse is closed it's adjacent (same concourse) location can't handle capacity. Understaffing doesn't help. I aborted the line about 20 minutes into the wait. The line here is about 30 minutes give or take. I try to give a bit of leeway during these challenging times but this could use a bit of simple adjustment to accommodate customers. Other businesses like Wolfgang Puck have worked hard to find this balance. These folks could easily follow that lead.Yes - grumpy review but then I haven't had my coffee today...

Another great airport Starbucks location. They have great pastries, snacks, chips, ?breads, and more take and go foods to take on a flight. Also they have a great app to earn rewards and pay on your phone. Friendly staff, great ☕ coffee, espresso drinks, and teas.

They moved through the line quickly but I asked for a cinimon dolce late and it has a peppermint taste in it.

Warning, the reward points are different so it takes more.

Terminal C, gate 6.Wow.Worse Starbucks experience ever.Spending $50 a week might not seem like much, but it adds up to $2,500 per year. On this particular visit Starbucks was staffed with 2 people at 8:00 on a Saturday. And... they were slow. Did I mention this was O'Hare airport, one of the busiest airports in the US. One extra $15 barista could have added 20 to 30 $4 drinks. Better service and do the math. Not only is the company doing a disservice to itself, but it is under serving its departure time dependent customers.Ridiculous and needs to be fixed.

FYI, they don't have breakfast sandwiches at this one! Don't wait in the line for that!

Super friendly despite the rush, got drinks made quickly and even helped me through a server outage that kept me from my card reloading!
