Congratulations to Starbucks for closing this location down. Need to start drawing the line somewhere. Unionization for serving coffee? These overeducated, multi degreed professional students need a dose of reality. Time to put those useless esoteric degrees to use, if ya can. Wake up Wokesters!
If you’re going to go to a Starbucks this is the one to go to. They always make my drink well (my go to is to the Dragon Drink but when I venture off it’s still good and right). Everyone who works here has always been great. It just goes to show what can happen when workers are able to come together. ;)
Wonderful place, The staff is very friendly and organised.
I’m so tired of this location being closed on random days. What’s most frustrating is that they don’t even bother to update google so you can easily tell if they are open. I’ll check the Starbucks app, but that’s not always clear either. Sometimes they have mobile order turned off but they’re still open.
Very nice Starbucks located in a beautiful building next to a busy CTA train stop.
decent service, love the baristas but whoevers in charge of mobiles need to be chastised!! If the sticker says "extra vanilla sweet" or anything else they barely notice, so it's just stupid paying the extra fee for cold foam and they just don't?
Extremely inconsistent hours but otherwise good service, staff & product. Every other day they are closing early for the day or just not open. I understand this happening every now and then but it is a couple times a week and unfortunately isn’t a reliable spot to grab coffee on the way to the train in the morning. This is compounded by the fact that this Starbucks has pushed other cafes on bryn mawr out of business over the years that I’ve lived in the neighborhood.
Love this spacious location!
I love the baristas here and the overall set up. I was so worried when it looked like it was shut down a few months ago. I’ve been near this Starbucks for about 4 years. The Baristas are always amazing and very helpful. I came in hoping to use my stars and 2 different gift Cards and the barista helping me out was very kind and patient, especially on a weekend morning when it can be really busy.
New management and new crew.

Since reopening, new management, new crew, managers alot nicer to people, super great new crew here.
I've been to different Starbucks stores about five times in the last twenty years. The employees are all nice, and every place has been clean. However, I've eaten a******s that tasted better than their coffee.
Nice Starbucks! Nice and big!
Be prepared to be bothered by the pseudo-homeless begging for your change. Pseudo-homeless are those who live in the building above Starbucks (or anywhere) free or very near free rent and on SSI cheating the government using our tax dollars on drugs and drink and at the end of the month don’t have money for anything
They are randomly temporarily closed. Don’t waste your time on early mornings walking there to find this out. Really sucked.
