This is my to go spot for Starbucks especially because I live so close by. The people who always work are always so friendly and kind! Love going here :)! Drinks are always so perfect too.

Preface: I wasn’t asking for anything free, and I wasn’t trying to be difficult. Unfortunately, the staff chose to make this interaction unpleasant for no reason.
I’ve been ordering the same drink from Starbucks for over 20 years: an upside-down shot in a Vanilla Bean Frappuccino—not blended. Today, they rushed the order and got it wrong. Instead of placing the shot at the bottom, they poured it on top or the side or something different. As a result, the heat from the shot melted the entire drink. I noticed right away, but I didn’t complain because I understand it’s a unique order, and mistakes happen.
Later, I stopped back in to let them know and order another—just to give some helpful feedback. Instead of acknowledging the error, they insisted they hadn’t made it wrong and tried to explain to me how espresso melts a Frappuccino. This time SOMEHOW it didn't melt the frap. What a COINCIDENCE??! (sarcasm)
Let’s be clear: one espresso shot does not completely melt 16 oz of a Frappuccino in under 10 seconds. That’s simply not how temperature or physics work. And in over two decades of ordering this drink, I’ve never had it melt like that—ever, unless it was made wrong.
I don’t understand why they felt the need to argue and dismiss my experience. But based on other reviews, poor customer service seems to be a trend at this location. I have to agree. If you’re nearby, skip this place and check out the Outdoor Café down the street. It’s local, more affordable, and delivers both better drinks and genuinely kind service.

my favorite starbucks location!! the staff is super friendly and always gets my drink order right, even if it’s an easy drink some other locations get it wrong…
it can get a little busy around 3pm during weekdays when kids get out of school but other than that no complaints!

I went here this morning and ordered 3 cups. One of them was Iced espresso with salted caramel cold foam, and the cold foam was over the cup, maked my cup look messy. The taste of this cup wasn’t good as always. One of them was Matcha frappucino, she did it wrong first, but she maked a new one, after I told her that it’s wrong. Last one was Matcha Latte with salted caramel cold foam, that tasted like just milk and cold foam and no matcha on it.

Nice location, if you're down with parallel parking. Ordered a breakfast sandwich and a caramel macchiato. When I was done there were two beans at the bottom of my cup. I actually thought it was funny and different. If I had been a bigger creep I would've taken a pic of the girl working there. A real hottie and a good reason to come back
