There's an issue with consistency at all Starbucks stores. I enjoy the cold foam, but rarely get the same thing every time I order. Sometimes it's creamy and thick, which is good. Too many times it is bubbly and thin. Why? It should be the same recipe for everyone that makes it. Prices have gotten out of hand as well.

Very lucky to have this location as my neighborhood Starbucks. I'm new(ish) to the area and it's the first place I visited where several staff members made an effort to get to know me and be welcoming. The baristas consistently prepare top notch drinks and the store is super duper cozy to sit in. Bonus star for staff always giving the Andersonville pups tasty puppaccinos and water! ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ This is definitely one of the best Starbucks in Chicago!

Like all Starbucks now, they blast their music to ensure you leave after ordering.
When asking to turn the music down, baristas are trained to not answer the question directly and offer:
“We strive to make our environment comfortable for everyone.”
They have the good ice. It is micro chewblet ice from their Follett nugget ice machine. I wish the nuggets were the larger chewblet size ice Very good service.

I saw an interaction today that really bothered me. A customer complained that the table outside was dirty. The Starbucks only had about 7 guests. He asked for a wet rag to clean the table. Instead of getting up from behind the counter and wiping the table, they handed him something wet. He was fine with it, but it is their job. They shouldn’t be doing partial work and accepting full hourly payment. When he was outside, I told them that bothered me, and they should have done it for him. The customer shouldn’t be cleaning the table. The people working there should provide a clean atmosphere for the customer. There were three people behind the counter that allowed this to happen. 7/11 at 12:45.
