Great Starbucks location with LOTS of seating. Surprisingly enough for how small it is, it has a lot of seating.

Nothing more special after a pleasant walk along Clark Street than coming to Starbucks and enjoying your favorite drink, hot or cold, to continue or simply to recharge. A spacious and pleasant place.

This store consistently goes above & beyond satisfying customers & sets the bar very high!! They are a model for what the customer experience should be like. On occasion when I’ve brought my service dog in, they delight her with her “Pupacino.” I couldn’t ask for any better! Thank You so incredibly much for being the very best part of my day!! This last visit my barista asked if I would like a green pick or stopper for my drink & I could see it was important to him that I was taken care of! Wow! This is why I continually patronize Starbucks & specifically this store which is consistently excellent!

I love Brian the store manager great guy, does an amazing job! Staff is great. Brett on the other hand is less than stellar, why is he always in a bad mood, not the best to deal with. Take him off register. Everyone else 5 stars

This is terrible cafe. I understand they are busy on weekend but still, the service is slow, unfriendly and the manger is awful. I go there every Saturday. Our food came, my daughter ate her pastry and still our drink hadn't arrived. I went up twice to ask about the drink. The second time I spoke with the manager He just smirks at you. No apology for the slow service, no acknowledgement of the situation. Just this stupid smirk on his face. I said 'fu*k it' to myself because clearly he did not give 2 cents about my complaint, but he proceeds to accuse me of cursing him out. Yelled at me, made a big scene and asked me to leave. I still hadn't gotten my drink yet. I told him I wanted a refund or my drink. But he just wanted me to leave. I liked the way HE made a scene and wanted to make me the bad guy.

Good Starbucks location in Andersonville. Typical average Starbucks beverage and food, decent service but good management.Very efficient service and short wait times. A great place to work, meet friends or unwind in the area.

They allow people to come in and grab their coffees with their dogs. Can’t say how much I appreciate it as there’s so many time I want to grab a coffee on my way home during a dog walk. They will not split up a BOGO order though, making one coffee at the beginning of your visit and the second before you leave unfortunately. You have to get both drinks made at once and allow one to get cold.

Friendly staff. But they are regularly closed before official closing times listed here on Google with no posted times outside of their store and no notices.

BRING CASH TO TIP . This Starbucks is amazing, delightful and UNION. As a result corporate did not upgrade their POS and cash (I'm pretty sure) is the only way to tip. I've been going here for years. They're great. Super easy in and out on your way to lake shore. You vote with your money.
