This Starbucks stands out in the best way. The staff are consistently kind, welcoming, and quick to help, which makes every visit memorable. Even though it’s part of a large chain, this location feels more like a neighborhood coffeehouse. It’s the kind of place you actually look forward to visiting.

The store manager I believe her name is Laura should be fired for poor performance for calling me a bum, homeless, and threatened to call police on me for no reason. I didn't say shift to her she thinks she owns the damn sidewalk when the sidewalk belongs to the government. She let's homeless people, rowdy kids and others in the store with no questions but she asked me a few questions with insults. Umi won't go to this store again unless this birth leaves tge store and hole she gets fired.

Stopped into Starbucks at Lincoln Square with my kids, but the welcome felt… less than welcoming. When one of my kids had to switch their food choice (because the original wasn’t available), I assumed all three items were rung up. After waiting and checking, I was told, rather defensively, that I hadn’t ordered the third. Later the staff member brought me a receipt (which I hadn’t been given before) proving I hadn’t been charged. While I appreciate finally getting the receipt, the defensiveness and lack of warmth made the whole thing feel pretty un-Starbucks-like.
We exercised some grace, but decided to move snack time to Union Dumpling instead, where the staff smiled, the service was friendly, and the dumplings were so good that even my kids forgot about Starbucks. Sorry Starbucks, but Union Dumpling just won the after-school snack game.

Ridiculous that a multi billion dollar corporation won’t let you use their bathroom
I bought 2 cookies for my grandchild that cost me $3.60 each. And they're not anything special or that big. It's just an ordinary chocolate chip cookie. So for thr $7.20 I paid, i could have went to the store and got a whole box of cookies. And still had change.

This is by far my favorite Starbucks! The barista, Zeze, is amazing, super friendly, and positive.

The team here seems to not like their jobs. Unfriendly, like they’re doing buyers a favor. Also unapologetically inconsistent in being open due to “water “and “gas” issues. Getting paid for not working may be making employees happier. Is it just my experience? Not normal at other Starbucks.

Wouldn't let my dog in, so I left.

Ordered two chai lattes, no chai was added. Tried to call the store but nobody answers.
Closed 3 hours early. This location rarely stays open as long as their posted hours.
Apparently not here to support customers
Do not buy from this place. Me and my coworkers are here respectfully on break, and phio very nicely came over to say he would have to ask us to leave if we don’t purchase anything during our meeting? Honestly I don’t support Starbucks bc of what they are doing behind the scenes and the fact we can’t have a slight meeting for work here is condescending at its best. Do not support this establishment it’s millions of coffee shops with great atmospheres other than this place and yes I bought popcorn so we could stay. I didn’t take the popcorn though bc obviously I didn’t want it. I’m Muslim with a hijab on. Maybe that’s it
had them make me an iced coffee, they wont add the cream or sugar....and make you add it lol i spent $7 for iced coffee just to add my own cream and sugar and still be disgusting. its either overly bitter or overly sweet. Starbucks is trash. I left my drink and don't even want it after all that. they didnt even give me a refund.
Take all the business commute prevent other race businesses populating that commute getting mass stigma from other businesses around the that hospital area and school and train prevent communication outside the area for that business cause minorities to enter other close location and get access to public population
