The employees there don't care about anybody. They only try to be nice because they are paid to. It was my first time there and I let them know that and they didn't care or provide service with a smile. They don't know anything about hospitality. I went through Saturday night at 7:00 p.m.

I want to give this store more stars since the majority of the staff is incredibly nice, but the slowest service ever. They talk more behind the counter than make drinks. This location is in my neighborhood and wish it was better.

Kind and attentive staff. Good music, overall nice vibe. If Starbucks headquarters reads this, the food is overpriced. I mean a cookie is $3.25 plus tax and tip. I’m a spender if it’s worth it, but held off b/c of price.

I recently discovered what I consider the most charming Starbucks in all of Chicago, located in Lincoln Square. The building is truly stunning, featuring a European-style clocktower, super high ceilings, and a delightful ambiance that significantly enhances its charm. Adding to the allure is the presence of students from the Old Town School of Folk Music, who wait in the store with their musical instruments and hot chocolate, creating a beautifully nostalgic atmosphere. Additionally, the outstanding service and consistent cleanliness make it a favorite spot of mine. Keep it up

I wanted to ask for a sample of the lavender syrup so I asked if they did samples because I saw a lady with one the barista said “ this is Starbucks why would we would had out samples”. Another time i handed six one dollars bills instead of 5 dollars by accident the guy told me he decided to be nice to give me my dollar bill back but he would’ve kept it. he just decided to be “nice” he told me to be more mature with my money… it so simple to just give me my dollar bill back if i accidentally handed six bills instead of 5 don’t have to be rude about it.
