I love starbucks so much, i could have it everyday! But this starbucks is not the best one in my neighborhood. They get my order wrong half the time or they take too long. overall they do a pretty good job. The new renovation they did was good, but the seating just got worse, now it’s so crowded and no seats for anybody else. but overall i love this place but wish there was better seating.

What you would expect coffee and food-wise from a Starbucks location. Do NOT expect to get anything done here, though. The music is blasting at top volume, and there are groups of high school students being...high school students. If you are above the age of 17, avoid this location at all costs.

Service is usually good and fast although the parking lot and drive though can be a nightmare due to design. Also avoid before and after school as the high school nearby seems to greatly increase the traffic.

This Starbucks was so filthy, I asked three employees if they could sweep the floor of debris. The first two requests were ignored, and the third was addressed by an overly wordy manager that gave excuses why it was not clean, instead of using that same time to clean the area. He admitted to staff shortage being a problem (5 people were behind the counter). It was during a lull period that I raised my concern. I left without finishing my java, and vowed never to return to this location.

Came in to pick up a drive through order since the drive through was packed and I made it know I came inside when I did indeed have a drive through order. I was handed my drink and apparently I was supposed to assume my food would be in the walk in pick up when I originally had a drive through order and no one said anything. then the employee rudely said “this is yours it’s been here the whole time” like I was supposed to know where you put my drive through order. there’s no reason to be rude you never know how someone’s day is going. -coming from someone who works in the service industry as well.

20 minute wait in the drive-thru because the barista chatted with several customers. I went from early for an event to late because of this overly friendly employee. Let’s balance speed and friendliness OK?
