First pumpkin spice latte of the year. Awful. Where’s the pumpkin spice? Nice people, but a lot of goofing around that’s affecting product quality.

I go in to purchase 9-$10 gift cards I go in with $170 and leave with $60 I tell the guy at the register I thought i gave him a $20 already he said no I didnt give him anything. I remember laying a $20 on the counter when I first approached the register and after selecting the gift cards it wasnt there anymore. He continuosly denied taking it so just a heads up make sure you watch your money in this store

I just had the worst experience at this location! I walked in and some of the workers looked my way, some even making direct eye contact with me, yet not one of them greeted me or spoke a word to me or even cracked a smile. I never felt so disrespected and humiliated by Starbucks workers. Of course I didn’t and would Never visit them again. Corporate should definitely terminate the entire staff who’s there today because I know this company is big on treating all customers with respect and kindness!!

I'm frustrated with the service at this Starbucks location. They've been closing before the posted hours, and when they are open, the drive-thru lane is often blocked. To make matters worse, the staff has been rude. As someone who tries to grab a Starbucks drink after work at St. Mary's hospital, I've been frustrated to find it closed half the time. When I do make it, I'm met with a lousy attitude from the staff. I only come here for the hours. Not for your horrible service

Drive through has been busted for a month apparently. I can’t always go inside. And they are one of few Starbuck’s with a drive thru on this side of town. I also usually have a nice experience (when the drive thru was available) but I got yelled at on my birthday by an employee so, not fun.

very bad experience the young woman who served us gave us terrible service it seemed like we were going to order badly and she didn't give us a bill we made four orders and she only gave us 3 then when we asked she got upset then when we left the store she came outside yelling at me and my boyfriend saying she didn't want us to come back ever again and she got upset because my boyfriend spoke to her in Spanish she discriminated against us just for that and made fun of us and the worst of all this is that she is Hispanic.

I came to do a little work before my next meeting. I sat down and the music was loud but headphones could just block it. As soon as I put my headphones in they cranked the music louder. I asked if they could turn it back down and the staff was just patronizing and never actually turned it back down.

Service is extremely slow, regardless of whether in the drive thru or inside. I have had them make the wrong drink, and then make it wrong again (it was just a coffee, nothing fancy).

I love starbucks so much, i could have it everyday! But this starbucks is not the best one in my neighborhood. They get my order wrong half the time or they take too long. overall they do a pretty good job. The new renovation they did was good, but the seating just got worse, now it’s so crowded and no seats for anybody else. but overall i love this place but wish there was better seating.
