They rip off their customers. While every Starbucks train their employees to overfill cold drinks with insane amounts of ice and intentionally limit the amount of coffee sold, this branch sets the standard for ice. A trenta cold brew is $7 and contains less than 4 ounces of actual coffee. They are stealing from us.

very racist i was waiting for long time an the girl name joy and one guy bold head ignored me and laughed at me until the girl on drive thrue came and take care of me nice and apologized because she notice this situation and when i get back and get my drink they still laughing i give tip to the girl blue hair or green she was so nice if you are latino dont come to this racist place so sad
First pumpkin spice latte of the year. Awful. Where’s the pumpkin spice? Nice people, but a lot of goofing around that’s affecting product quality.

I go in to purchase 9-$10 gift cards I go in with $170 and leave with $60 I tell the guy at the register I thought i gave him a $20 already he said no I didnt give him anything. I remember laying a $20 on the counter when I first approached the register and after selecting the gift cards it wasnt there anymore. He continuosly denied taking it so just a heads up make sure you watch your money in this store
