I completely understand that in a fast paced environment tones can get quickly out of hand. However, I witnessed several employees yelling derogatorily at one another and at customers. I wonder if management would consider investing in trainings on how to more effectively cope with workplace stress to better support employees and customers. This was a very jarring experience I hope to never repeat.

I was just trying to order my match iced latte and the girl roll her eyes at me when I trying to say my name for the order. She had multi color hair. I went on 02/02 at 7:40 am.

Stopped by earlier today on my break to pick up coffee for me and a friend and saw who I assume to be a manager screaming at one their employees. Coffee was fine but definitely won’t be returning anytime soon.

This location is the best in Chicago downtown and Chicago customer service is on point morning staff is the best !!!!!! and always know how to make my day with making my coffee correct all other Starbucks are failing with consistency of product and lack of good customer service I’ve been to many locations downtown and North Chicago every time I order my drink taste disgusting and hot my drink is a Ice americano with a cold vanilla form the form needs to be precise when they make it and all locations I’ve tried doesn’t make this correct only 200 w Adams you guys are awesome morning shift thank you for your hard work and making my day with a perfect ice americano ❤️

VERY friendly baristas around 1:30pm today. Would recommend and praise the staff for being so kind and efficient!
Went at around 5 pm when things can get busy. The group I was a part of had around 12 people, and the drinks were served promptly, all correct, and the hot macchiato I ordered was prepared perfectly despite the pressure of our big group. Wonderful experience!
