This is my favorite Starbucks in the world. The staff always goes out of their way to be kind and accommodating! I am a regular here and within the first two weeks, they knew my name and order by heart and made friendly conversation with me (Shoutout Jorge). SUCH a great location.

I hate to complain but the morning staff takes 15-minutes to make 2 coffees a regular coffee and a vanilla latte after I place my order, when I am quoted 4-7 minutes. Coffee is good tho but they take forever… slow paced people.

I like this location nestled in an older building with other locations to frequent. Nice outside courtyard so you can sit outside on nice days. Inside, the look and feel of the building makes this location unique from other locations. Great service and the food was well prepared. Thank you for making us feel welcome in a cold Spring day.

I was sitting in Starbucks, and the worker came up to me and asked if I am planning to purchase something because I need to purchase something to be in their space. I understand that is their new policy, but I specifically came here to have coffee and was sitting down and taking a second to catch my breath from the snowstorm and was going to order on the app. I think there has to be a better way of asking that, such as asking if I needed help deciding on what I wanted to order. Then waiting five minutes and seeing if I ordered or not. That way it feels like they are being helpful and not like you are a pest in their space. It was very off-putting and made me feel so uncomfortable the remainder of my visit. I purchased a drink and food, as I already was Planning.

I got a tall cappuccino and was shocked when my bill was 10 dollars. The lady tried to convince me I accidentally clicked a tip button (which is incorrect I did not) and she insisted they can't return the mistaken 5$ tip. As I contactlessly tapped the machine with my phone I know i did not accidentally touch the screen so they're scam artists

This Starbucks sits next to the L station with ample indoor and outdoor space. A perfect place to work, talk with friends or just sip through a cup of Joe. The baristas are friendly and the store is well kept with window seating soaked in the sun. Love the jazz they play here as well.

I just want my black coffee fast. I instead have to wait with the myriad of folks ordering some weird concoction of shots and flavor pumps.
Additionally the stars reward system has been hit by inflation, hard - it’s practically useless now.
I prefer local coffee shops near by such as: Coffee Lab Roasters, Doppio, etc
Starbucks sucks starballs in 2024. Just go elsewhere, they care more about their stock price than their customers.
Love Starbucks.. staff is polite attentive and fast. Unfortunately I do not enjoy the LOUD music. I find it challenging to have a conversation over the phone, work remotely on-site because the music is so loud. Also, in general, the music varies alot from location to location. I don't always want to dance in my seat while trying to focus on work. It would be nice perhaps if they keep quiet area for those who need a bit more privacy or quietness.
