The slowest SB ever. Takes 3 employees at least 20 mins to make a simple drink every time, with no other orders
This was the most comfortable Starbucks I've ever been to while in Chicago.

I love Starbucks, but this particular location lacks urgency. Not only is this is the slowest location, the drinks are poorly made!!

I stop in about once a week and the staff is always nice and welcoming. They were once out of a syrup & the barista recommended me another to try that went will with my coffee.
This location gets very busy, but I think the staff handles it as best as they can and they're still always friendly.

The only one that literally takes 20mins to make a coffee and don’t announce to their customers their order ready. I always come in at 9:06 am and won’t be served til 9:23am! I wish I was able to get to a better location but unfortunately, they’re the nearest one. They have made me miss my train to work several times because of their poor customer service. They hold long conversations with other customers which delay orders.
my food was just supposed to be warmed up why it take 9 min to warm up a dessert plus my dessert was nasty it taste like cleanin products, terrible.

I visit the Starbucks located on 35th State St. on weekend’s Saturday & Sunday and I find myself disappointed on each of those days!
The problem is there’s only one employee servicing the customers, she’s really trying to service everyone but it’s just not working!
Each time my coffee is not what I requested, it’s terrible again this morning!
Please get more help in he morning 6:30am-7am Sat -Sun.
Also even if the 3 employees there 2 of those employees are stocking items and not assisting with preparing the orders. I feel that moving the orders out the door is more important than stocking or refilling products, come back to stock after the customers have been taken care of!

Two works in there, one person in front of me to be served. It took 23 minutes to they get my coffee done. The attendant that was attending me was veeeeery slowly taking first any online order they was coming whiling was there. Ridiculous!
That was the worse Starbucks experience I had.
