Hi I visit the Starbucks located on 35th State St. on weekend’s Saturday & Sunday and I find myself disappointed on each of those days! The problem is there’s only one employee servicing the customers, she’s really trying to service everyone but it’s just not working!
Each time my coffee is not what I requested, it’s terrible again this morning! Please get more help in he morning 6:30am-7am Sat -Sun.
Also even if the 3 employees there 2 of those employees are stocking items and not assisting with preparing the orders. I feel that moving the orders out the door is more important than stocking or refilling products, come back to stock after the customers have been taken care of!

Two works in there, one person in front of me to be served. It took 23 minutes to they get my coffee done. The attendant that was attending me was veeeeery slowly taking first any online order they was coming whiling was there. Ridiculous! That was the worse Starbucks experience I had.

I had a wonderful at experience at starbucks thanks to the exceptional customer. She was warm,friendly, and attractive, ensuring my order was perfect.. Her positive attitude and genuine care from customer truly stood out so dedicated to creating a welcoming atmosphere. Kudos to her for making my visit enjoying!

I'm disgusted by the older woman who works at this location, she's refusing to allow paying customers to use their money to purchase a coffee for a homeless man. He asked no one for a coffee people have offered and she barked at the man " You can sit here but you cannot ask my customers to buy you anything" She cannot do this. Customers can spend their money as they choose. I think this place should be a little kinder especially since it's the holiday season.

I just purchased 2 Carmel Ribbon Frap $15.29 from your store 35th and State. Both of the drinks were more ice than the drink. I live on 7200 South and was on the bus. I called and told them and they asked when could I come back to get both replaced? I appreciate the young lady offering that option, but I am a senior citizen and have no plans on going back there in the next week. I was told there was no other option. This was not a good experience, what happened to customer service?

wonderful place to get your wake up call. but when it’s rush hour omg just keep your cool you’ll get it. it be a lot of orders coming in especially those mobile orders

I would go -5 star if applicable. On 9/26, I scheduled a traveler for 11:15am as we had an event at noon 9/27. I showed up at 11:08, and showed them the receipt. HOWEVER, the staff told me to give her one sec and then kept assisting the customers in queue behind me, and I could also hear she asked someone else to get a traveler box, and it was already 11:18 by then, which shocked me because I suppose my order should have been ready for picking up at 11:15 or what’s point to have it scheduled? Then I got it, they had not even started to prepare my orders. So I started my endless waiting and watched everybody got their stuff and left. Finally, at 11:27, I saw someone get out with a traveler box and started to brew my coffee. After they poured the second portion of coffee into the container, I had no choice but told them just to give me everything you had in hand for now as it was already 11:45. I was late for my pizza delivery (from Papa John scheduled for 11:45 which was on time), and of course, the event at 12:00 unsurprisingly. The only thing I got was half gal coffee with an all wet messy container after half an hour delay (I ordered 1 gallon coffee because they told me they did not sell half gal, which sounds so ironic now) and a heartless sorry. Well, you should be but I don’t need it, you should refund me for the never-showed up half gallon.

Standard starbucks with a big student atmosphere. Very packed mornings
Horrible service. I waited over 25 minutes for my drink. I asked for the status of my drink because I kept seeing other orders being done that were ordered after mine I was just ignored. The barista kept calling out other orders. I had to ask twice for my drink.

1st time ever to Chicago. Planned on grabbing a refreshment/snack before continuing our trip to the Sox team shop (on our list of things to do on our first visit) Was making our way to the counter to order but was intercepted by an employee turning us away saying they were closing early due to staffing issues and that they were trying to get the customers who were there out. I asked if I could at least use the restroom. I was rudely denied. I’m not sure what staffing issues had to do with using the restroom, especially since we were planning to order something. Welcome to Chicago!

There is a salted caramel cold brew that I usually get when I go to Starbucks and when you go to different Starbucks some Starbucks make them differently from others they need to have one way to make it if you want extra salt or extra caramel then they should make it that way but if you just want the regular then they should make it that way every Starbucks should make the recipe the same unless you want extra salt extra caramel cancel inside of the cup

I just left this location and they had the doors locked saying they closed at 3pm. Yet online says they are open until 4:30pm.
