I came across the sweetest woman working this morning (10:45 AM, 11/19), and I just wanted to show my appreciation for her in hopes that she will be recognized for her kindness and attentiveness. She made my day, and a positive google review just seems insufficient. 🫶🏻

I stopped by this Starbucks for the first time and ordered a venti cappuccino. The drink came out pretty bitter—more than I expected—so I went back and asked if they could add a bit more milk or cream. The staff was understanding and kind enough to make me a fresh one instead, which I appreciated.
