Really nice Starbucks. Very large space with small and big tables. Pleasant staff and really nice atmosphere. The team made sure my beverages were correct and came out quickly!

BEWARE!!! There is criminal element that operates at this Starbucks. While on a Zoom call at 9am with people all around I had a backpack with an iPad in it stolen right under my eye. They were definitely professionals at work. Starbucks is providing no compensation as they don’t want to claim any responsibility for this activity taking place under their roof. I would seriously consider avoiding this one!!

The cashier was not plesant! She didn't greet me upon taking my order. This sucks since this is my favorite location but not my favorite cashier. The other older workers were very nice and had to assist me (and other customers) . I appreciate their kindness

It took a few minutes before anyone took my order, just a simple acknowledgment would’ve been nice! Otherwise the store itself is clean and plenty of seating with 2 cute outdoor spaces. Ordered a shaken hazelnut espresso and was delish!

It took a few minutes before anyone took my order, just a simple acknowledgment would’ve been nice! Otherwise the store itself is clean and plenty of seating with 2 cute outdoor spaces. Ordered a shaken hazelnut espresso and was delish!
We came here today after the Air & Water Show since it was the least crowded place we found by the area, but still, it was very busy and the cashier seemed kind of overwhelmed because he was multi-tasking at the same time he was taking my order. I had to wait for him to come back to the register and finish up my order. Another employee had to jump in and do it. I do have to say that our beverages came out quick.

I’ve been coming to this location for quite some time now, I have never had any issues up until recently. Kasandra has been very rude and disrespectful. Started by not even greeting me or acknowledging me multiple times, giving attitude. I understand we all have our days but leave that at home and not on your shift. I recently heard her say hateful comments about Palestine 2x. I confronted her about it and she just smirked and walked away. I asked to speak to the manger and no one came after waiting 10 minutes I had to go. I can go on and on about what Kasandra has done wrong within the last few weeks. Customer service is at 0 with her. This is UNACCEPTABLE STARBUCKS. She needs to go !!!

I would definitely say go here it is one of the places to meet up with friends study and more if you wanna go hangout with friends get a drink to go this is perfect and the service is great every time you walk in they are there ready to take your order and and always very nice and polite to you and never disrespectful I would say sometimes the drinks are made different and taste different and arnt always on point but still good!

I had an incident that happened here about a week ago and Tim and Miranda were phenomenal in the way they handled the situation. Not only were they proactive, they were kind, generous, and went above and beyond to assure the situation wouldn’t happen again.Hats off to the management in this location and I’ll definitely be coming back!
