Wouldn’t even give a pregnant woman water, & I’m a regular customer here. Any other Starbucks would have given me water…never received poor service from this location until now. Ridiculous

Cuz right at the corner of the Old Town Street North avenue. Starbucks interior is very fancy. They have the fancy light. I haven't seen this kind of a light before in any other stores. There are high table and high chairs by the window and bench in the middle. Also some run tables. Is good for a couple single or family use and I see people finish running. They are having coffee here so it's very convenient location close to Lincoln Park.
I can also see people working here using laptop becasue there are power outlet and also stable internet.
The service is very good and they're welcoming. Every customer is when they voice welcome everyone into the shop.

This store has to be the largest Starbucks I’ve ever been in, The space has to be almost equivalent to that of a buffalo wild wings, chilies, TGI Fridays etc.

Great location. Large interior to hang out or study/work. Good music and cute interior design. Kind staff and manager that check in on guests, helps with ordering, and sometimes gives samples of new drinks. 10/10

That Starbucks would be amazing if they knew how to make basic hot matcha latte. They made me a drink that you can put straight to the garbage, not fixable with milk or anything. There was half a cup of matcha, so strong, that my lips face and hands were covered in green paste. Yikes. Place itself is beautiful.

I had an amazing experience at Starbucks yesterday! The customer service was a solid 10/10. The manager, Mike, went above and beyond to help me with my order, especially after the recent change in the matcha recipe. He was super helpful, patient, and made sure I was happy with my drink. Thanks to Mike and the team for making my visit such a positive one!
