I hate this New concept I don't like the pickup and go. I prefer direct service .... I walk in request a cup of black coffee, no enhancements, 10+ minutes later coffee is delivered. ( This is my experience since the reopening.) I understand that I'm not your demographic which is the patron who has called in and picking up their order. Convoluted. I will have to find another source for my Morning Joe. (Why not an express line for walk-ins who have simple orders?)

Love the renovation this store just went through. The store now features an electronic board that shows if your drink is ready or in progress. The barista was handing out samples of the chai Lavendar which was great to sample - i will be back!

Always skimping on lavender cold foam no matter what you ask. I have even told the barista and paid extra for extra lavender andGot one dot. So disappointing when the photos show you should get more than one dot especially when you pay extra for it !

This Branch sends customers to Jimmy Johns for washrooms. Didn’t want customers to use theirs. Ridiculous! I am not going nextdoor to use the washroom where I didn’t buy food from.

Visit this store for a latte on 06/07/23 at 8.50pm once the coffee was served I was looking for sugar didn’t find any in the waiting area instead i had to ask the server for some brown sugar and I was told not available and was given white sugar the. When asked for a stick to stir the server gives me a straw and says that the store is out of stock finally while leaving was looking to use the washroom and I was told that it is closed , this was one of the more worst experiences and this kind of short fall and service levels you may have to close the store soon ! Disappointing!

I would like to express my dissatisfaction with the service at this particular Starbucks location, which has led me to give it a one-star rating. As a loyal customer who begins my day with coffee, I expected a certain level of service that was unfortunately not met on this occasion. The staff member who attended to me seemed disinterested and unwilling to perform her duties adequately, resulting in a poor overall experience. Furthermore, I was disappointed to find that the washroom facilities were not operational. As a regular patron, I believe it is crucial for Starbucks to maintain a high standard of service and ensure that all amenities, such as the washroom, are fully functional for the convenience of its customers.
