Visit 1
- the ube matcha latte felt chalky
- the cheesecake had very little base so it was hard to eat.
- the coffee was good
Visit 2
- the vibes of the place remain same
Visit 3
- the espresso martini was strong but good; the foam on it is delicious
- the matcha margarita is a very good balance and also has a great foam.

I went on a Saturday morning, but I already had to wait about 15 minutes just to get inside. At the cafe on the second floor, it took a full hour from lining up to purchasing and receiving my order...lol
The store is obviously crowded, but the atmosphere is really nice, so it's worth trying at least once.
Also, they sell lots of rare merchandise only available at the roastery, so Starbucks fans should definitely visit.

My friend and I are both Starbucks partners and we were excited to visit the Reserve store but our expeditions were blown away through the partners craft and care. We did the roasting and coffee tasting tour. Chris was so friendly and knowledgeable in the roasting process of coffee. Gabi was a knowledge expert on Starbucks and the Reserve store history. Going to the Reserve store and spending time with Chris and Gabi reignited my passion to be a Partner.

Extremely crowded and busy when I went. Staff were focused and to the point. Not friendly, but also not rude. Massive place with cool architecture and a nice rooftop.
This is a fun place to visit. Staff is friendly. Product distribution is efficient.

Visited the Starbucks Reserve Roastery Chicago and had a great experience. The staff were incredibly engaged and took the time to help me decide what to order, which made it feel much more personal than a typical coffee stop.
The building itself is seriously impressive—beautiful design, multiple levels, and just a really cool atmosphere overall. Definitely worth checking out if you’re in Chicago!

Don’t get pour over coffee. It tastes like any other Starbucks drip coffee, just pricier.. this place is a place for dessert like blended drinks. The quality of the coffee itself is not that high. They have good pastries though

$10+ for identical coffee to any other Starbucks. Low quality baked goods. Dirty as any other Starbucks. You come for the views, which are free. Can’t fathom why people wait in lines here.
