Nice experience. Enjoyed tasting different coffees and learning how to distinguish the taste and smell of different coffee roasting techniques.

George (aka Frosty ;), Irina and Chanel were incredible. We took both the coffee tasting experience and the espresso martini class and highly recommend both!

What an incredible experience! The world’s largest Starbucks truly lives up to its name. With four floors to explore, you can wander or relax while enjoying a one-of-a-kind coffee. The space is beautifully designed, and the staff couldn’t be friendlier.
A special shout-out to Zoey—she was attentive, answered all our questions, and helped us pick out the perfect gifts for friends and family. I thought I had seen it all when I visited the Seattle Roastery (sadly now closed), but this location is absolutely AMAZING!
Don’t miss the pastries and food options—they vary from floor to floor, so take a look around before deciding. Trust me, it’s worth the adventure!

The customer service completely ruined the experience for my daughter and me. We visited on Sunday afternoon and I ordered an Americano that was served cold. When I politely let the barista know the drink wasn’t good, she responded with, “most Americanos aren’t,” which made the interaction very awkward. When I asked if it could be remade with hot water, she became defensive and tried to twist my words, asking if I wanted “extremely hot water,” even though the issue was that the drink was cold and had not been made correctly to begin with.

Another staff member later confirmed that the coffee had been made using the hot water meant for tea rather than the coffee machine. Instead of simply fixing a small mistake, the staff chose to argue with a guest. My daughter and I left feeling uncomfortable, and other customers unfortunately had to witness the situation as well. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience.

It's an amazing place, the biggest Starbucks reserve in the world, you can find many things that are only sold in here, not in other Starbucks in any part of the world, it's a must if you love coffee and obviously if you're in the Chicago area!!!

I tried Chicago microblend pour-over and I didn’t like it, not good. Otherwise excellent experience. Building design is awesome, spiral escalator wow. Next time sure I’ll tried your beautiful martinis.

Great experiential location, even if your not a coffee person. Staff is unmotivated and it shows. Food looks good but getting service is tough.

Go only for your Instagram account, not to just get a cup of coffee. Way too much trouble for that. Not pitching to be a paid influencer.

There was a child walking around yelling for his mom. Asked an employee to check in on the kid and maybe help him find his family. They said it was a liability and walked away. I think management needs to review their store policies and employee training.

1 hour wait for an expensive coffee with no apology. Barked at when said I’d been waiting 45 minutes. No seating. Do not bother.

We were kicked out of the store simply because we don’t speak English and didn’t immediately understand where to stand in line. The manager was completely incompetent, showed zero patience, and failed at the most basic part of their job — helping customers.

Instead of explaining the situation, they chose to remove us from the store. This was discriminatory, unprofessional, and unacceptable. We wasted our time and will not be returning.

Starbucks Reserve is hands down the coolest spot I visited! It’s this amazing five-level wonderland, with each floor offering something unique in terms of food and gifts. The atmosphere is incredibly cozy—I loved that every single level had a fireplace and tons of comfy seating areas to relax in.
We treated ourselves to the hot Peppermint Mocha and a hot Tiramisu drink, both served in proper ceramic mugs, which added a nice touch. We also shared a delicious croissant sandwich filled with cream cheese, ham, and that perfect everything bagel seasoning blend.
Even though all the levels were quite full, the overall vibe was surprisingly relaxed and not noisy at all; some people were even quietly getting work done.
If you're looking for souvenirs, they have a great selection of unique gifts, including shirts, mugs, totes, coffee accessories, and special coffee blends.
The interior design is stunning—it is absolutely beautiful inside! This place is a definite must-visit when you're in the area.

Nothing special. They have special menu and merchandise items but it's still just a Starbucks. I've been to more relaxed and nicer Starbucks in my life
