I have a gluten allergy and need food celiac safe. The waiter took special care to check on ingredients on my dinner selection and advised me on what was safe to eat. I've had dinner here before a concert several times and have always had an excellent meal with great service. Great location to Chicago Theatre.
GREAT LOCATION FOR EATS & DRINKS B4 A SHOW IN THE THEATER DISTRICT. SUPER CLOSE TO CHICAGO THEATER:)
Our server was Troy and he was excellent and very professional. Didn't have to ask for a refill or wait for a longtime for the things we did ask for. Overall great experience.
Quick dinner before show at the Chicago Theatre. Fun atmosphere! Good drinks. Loved the service - very professional, cordial, and responsive. We split salmon and a salad. Very well prepared and filling. I was afraid of a boring, dark Loop restaurant, but this place was great!
Busperson took our silverware after appetizers but never brought more. Revolving door did not work and so icy air blasted in every time the swinging door was opened, blowing our napkins and food around. Experience was more of a three star grill than a five star dinner.
Service was great, our server was attentive and very nice. Drinks came in plastics cups - no problem but everyone else around us got glass. $16 drink and the cup was only half full and no ice. Dinner was mediocre. Cheesecake was good, chocolate fudge cake was dense and dry.
The spicy Tuna Salad was the star of the show! The Diablo Margarita was also very good! Our server was kind.
We are from the area and knew this was a touristy section of town so we were not expecting much and even so were disappointed. The servers were very attentive and the food came out fast which we appreciated since we were heading to a show at the Chicago Theater. We wanted to grab a quick bit close by but we were shocked by the prices compares to the quality of food. We should have gone to Portillos instead, would have saved some $$$$ and had a much better meal. I added shrimp to my mediocre Caesar salad, 3 small shrimps for $13?! SO MANY better places with better prices. Look around, this does not represent our city.
Food overcooked, all of our meat was dry; staff not interested, music too loud. Way overpriced.

Service was slow and food was lacking for the price. Tables were wobbly and floor wasn't cleaned. Expected more for upscale pricing.

Service is terrible, our waitress tonight was so snotty not helpful and unapologetic. There were several issues on the restaurants end and server did not acknowledge not once. Food was pretty okay, but Dearborn up the block has better service, menu and burger!

Went there for breakfast. Food was tasty! At least, once it finally arrived correctly. 3 people in our 6 person party had issues with their order. They brought out double the bacon we ordered then still charged us for 2 even though they took one of them away. They completely forgot about an order of pancakes. Ordered eggs cooked over hard and they were very runny. Requested a topping of berries with pancakes (a +$3 up charge) but the waiter instead brought the $15 bowl of berries and the banana topping instead, which was never requested. To make up for all of these issues, the coffee we ordered was on the house. However, the 3 people who had issues were the only ones who didn’t order coffee… not a huge deal just shows the lack of attention to detail.
