Would have provided 5 stars if the service was much better. I asked for no ham in my skillet, and to just replace with extra bacon. I was charged for the extra bacon which is fine, but I there was still ham in my skillet. When I brought it up to the waitress she says, “oh sorry I thought you wanted it still. Sorry can’t take off the extra charge for bacon.” And then walked off. Didn’t even try to rectify it or anything. I had to perform surgery on my skillet to get all the ham out.

Solid breakfast spot! A large menu with a lot of options for breakfast - skillets, omelette, pancakes, eggs, etc. I had the lumberjack skillet which was delicious and had a generous portion of meat and potatoes. You ca. upgrade your side from toast to any of the flavor pancakes, I did chocolate chip. It absolutely hit the spot for breakfast cravings and I would recommend to anyone looking for a sweet or savory breakfast. Prices are typical for the area and service was quick!

The food was delicious, especially the savory part of our order. The presentation was lovely, and it was a substantial breakfast. The service was excellent, and we arrived just in time before it got too busy. Overall, it was a pleasant Sunday brunch after Valentine's Day.

This place is too rowdy and to go orders take so long that staff forgets to give it to customers in timely manner so food ends up being cold. Place is terribly understaffed and can’t manage busy hours

Stax never disappoints! The food portions are generous, and the quality is consistently excellent. I’ve been there many times, and regardless of who’s serving, the experience is always pleasant. The management team has done a fantastic job, creating an atmosphere that keeps me coming back. I actually prefer this location over the Little Italy spot. Great management truly makes a difference!

Great breakfast place! They have lots of options and haven’t tried anything I haven’t enjoyed. They’re cheaper than other places closer to downtown or in the trendy neighbourhoods without sacrificing on flavour or service. Would definitely recommend if looking for something good and dependable!
Delicious, the house potatoes were amazing and the onlette and eggs bedict fantastic. The bread was homemade or from a bakery and amazing.
