Surpassed expectations. The butternut squash soup was so exquisite that I actually got chills - no joke. Perfect accompaniment to the Chicago sandwich. Lunch for two: split the sandwich and each had a bowl of soup.
I got tortellini with tomato vodka sauce (build your own pasta) and it was delicious! The portion was generous and appropriate for the price.
The business model is "help yourself" after they serve your food - they have a couple tables where you can go grab silverware, napkins, and to-go containers as needed. I didn't mind that, however the staff seemed a bit bent on not wanting to help when I had a question.

Really good pizza. Kinda pricey, but what isn't now? Service was great, nothing they can do about the look of the location (Milwaukeeand Elston, not very pretty), but great addition to the neighborhood.
