finally a neighborhood weekend breakfast spot, weekdays aren’t as packed, but the bagel people are always nice and care a lot about customers and the experience.

I wish there was indoor seating, but the bagels are great and I love the sandwiches! Shoutout to Juliet for recommending the spicy snack, it was a winner!

My new favorite bagel place! Love the bagel sandwichs and the workers. Really makes my day, especially when Jet is there. She is so patient and had tons of recommendations

I’ve been looking for a good walk up window coffee spot since moving to this neighborhood with my dog. So happy I found them! Great breakfast sandwiches & extremely kind/friendly staff.

Racism: white male manager says “hello and good morning” to white customers. Barely acknowledging blk/brown customers. Hung out for a few minutes to watch this occur with a few customers. Disgusting.

Ordered a toasted sesame lox sandwich with chive spread, Received a plain, untoasted bagel with plain cream cheese :(
Didn’t feel like turning around and waiting to get it fixed. But three blunders in one order is pretty annoying. Especially at that price point.
Make sure you check your order closely before you walk away, they’re clearly not paying attention back there.

I ordered two bagels, and both came wrong. They forgot to give me cream cheese on one bagel and put the wrong type on another. Really disappointing.

Great fast and friendly service. I’m no bagel expert but I’ve had em in NYC and these seem legit to me. Super smiley and friendly staff. I can’t wait to go back.

Great bagels and great service, I only wish that all the bagels were available at all the locations - my favorite one is inexplicably only available at the wrigley location (even though I think they make them all at the bakehouse).
Amazing lox bagels and great coffee! I just discovered this place. Only issue is I wish they had straws and I was told that they’re changing coffee brands because of price, which is a shame because the cold brew today was distinctly good.

I want to say the staff here are wonderful!
The food unfortunately was inedible. I can confidently say I had a (definitely not fresh) terrible gluten free lox bagel. Maybe one of the worst I’ve had. It was so dense, the lox tasted off (like it had been frozen and defrosted) and to charge $17+ for that offering was offensive. My partner got a pastrami & egg bagel and they absolutely hated it. They stated they thought the pastrami was really dry. I don’t think any of the ingredients are fresh. But $55 for two cold brews and bagel sandwiches we very much didn’t want to eat, I definitely won’t be back again.
