Not the best steaks in Chicago, but it is priced like they are. The food was very good and the service was excellent. They have a good cocktail menu as well as a great wine list (which they bring to you separately on an iPad). I got the 10 ounce fillet with the peppercorn sauce which was very good. I ordered it medium and it was cooked perfectly. My guest got the salmon and she also liked the flavor. A good steakhouse, but not outstanding.

The service was very slow, it looked like only two waiters for the entire restaurant, though slow, our server was nice. The food was very good except the broccoli. Two of us had an order and both were inedibly cold. Other veggies were warm. All stakes were very good and cooked to our preferred temperature.

Food, service, and atmosphere were fine, like two dollar signs fine. But the prices did not fit what you were getting. You will feel rich for paying $60 for a small steak with underwhelming sides and then when the fantasy is over, you can leave the hotel and get something actually filling for a good price.

We moved into Lakeshore East neighborhood recently and gave Stetsons a try. Our family wanted steak and sushi and so this seemed like a good choice. We went on a Friday night and it was moderately busy. Deb the hostess was fantastic making us comfortable especially with our 5 year old son. Barbara our waitress was very attentive to us. The sushi/sashimi was very good. Surprisingly good for hotel restaurant. Our prime ribeye steak was done superbly. No complaints here. Wine by the glass prices were reasonable. The total cost of the meal was on the pricey side but then again this is a hotel restaurant and we have seen menu price inflation recently. But we enjoyed the quality of the food, the service and the ambience. Nice surprise for us. We will be back!

Disappointing and you could tell by the lack of customers on a Friday evening that it's time for a menu change/rebrand. It's more of a sushi bar with a handful of steaks on the menu. We started with some cocktails and sent a few back as they weren't made correctly. Ordered both steaks and some sushi, and nothing was really impressive. Steaks were bland/lacked seasoning, and very tough considering how much they charge. It's time for some major changes or Stetson's won't be around much longer.

This was literally the worst service I've ever had in my life, waited about two hours on New Year's night for food, and never received it. They literally made the worst start to my new years, and I will never forget this experience. If anyone wants to have a good steakhouse experience, never come here.

My waiter was very attentive and I appreciate that. The wait was lengthy for my meal. The steak was very fatty. My mashed potatoes were cold and the asparagus was too charred. I was very disappointed with the food for the price that I paid.

Place was completely empty when we got there, and no music playing so there was no ambiance. Food tasted “assembled “ vs prepared for us. It was obvious the ingredients were cheap and short cuts were taken. Not tasty. Good service though. Will not return.

This is absolutely a must try restaurant if you’re in Chicago. Everything was amazing, the sushi was by far the best I’ve had ever, my wife had the steak and again absolutely loved it. I can’t say enough good about Stetsons , we will definitely be back. Thanks for the great experience.
