I love this coffee. Being from Georgia, I loved “peach” anything. So when I saw peach coffee while dining at Peach’s in Chicago, I just had to find out where this roaster was located. I’ve been ordering coffee from them ever since.

I ordered whole bean flavors Hazelnut/Jamaica Blue Mountain & English toffee - the order was shipped promptly and packaged well. I would have given 5 stars but the Hazelnut flavor profile is weak. The flavor of the Jamaica Blue Mountain - smooth and make an excellent cup - the English Toffee is also smooth with sweetness of toffe flavor.
I will order again but probably not the Hazelnut.

Awesome experience! Love the old nostalgic building. Donny and Greg and the girl who helped me (didn’t get her name) were all so nice. So many different choices, went with a bag of Columbia Supremo and a bag of Praise Him. Had a delicious complimentary expresso, so rich fresh and robust. Will def be back, thanks Stivers!

"The whole idea is people enjoy it."I happily stumbled upon this company. It was wonderful meeting and chatting with the crew. It was fantastic discussing the varieties of roasting levels. They let me check out fresh green coffee. All amazing! I only regret not talking about decaf with them.They will roast coffee to ones own preference. Their roast levels are different than an average coffee enthusiast (me?) may be familiar with. Have intentions of trying varying levels of roast of the same coffee.Their store/roastery is located in an industrial building. Call after arriving. Enter through the door with their address labeled above the door. Stivers is not located on the first floor.

My extremely picky Dad has come to swear by Stiver’s, and so have I. The Buffalo Soldier blend and the decaf Mexican Chiapas are the standouts. Greg and Donnie are both very helpful and welcoming. Their roastery is located at the top floor of a building facing the Dan Ryan expressway. Once you park out front, give them a call and they’ll come and get you.

I’ve been enjoying Stivers Coffee for over a decade now. I am a very discriminating coffee drinker, willing to pay $7 for a good cup of coffee. So that I am so loyal to Stivers says a lot! But it’s not just about the coffee… The owner of this local company in Chicago, Greg Stivers, is an amazing entrepreneur, a role model for Black youth, a steward for his community. And it’s not just that his products are amazing, and he is amazing, the service is amazing too! Whether I order it, or pick it up from his facility, it’s always fresh, on time, and he always throws in extra samples, etc. I just can’t think of a reason to even try anyone else’s coffee. All kinds of special blends and flavors, sometimes he customizes coffee flavors just for me! And he will for you too! I love Jamaican rum and buffalo soldier! my husband won’t leave the cinnamon hazelnut. It is so good! Support this fantastic Black owned business!

I got the Ethiopian Yirgacheffe — absolutely the best coffee I've ever had. Greg and the rest of the employees are thoughtful and nice! When I went to pick up the coffee, they gave a me a short tour of the roastery and even made me some coffee when I was making my way out. Absolutely going to be my go-to for getting fresh beans!
