l'm very disappointed. My fiancé and I, visited Chicago for sweetest day weekend. We seen that stk offer happy hour Sunday-Thursday from 2pm-5pm.
So I made reservations for 3pm. The moment we arrived, the manager approached the hostess, and immediately told her that there's no couples deals (as if we ask about a couples deal) and also stated that there's no happy hour. Slow service is an understatement. While I understand it was restaurant week, don’t accept reservations you can’t service. We finally were served main courses after being in the restaurant for 3 hours..with no appetizers ever delivered. A challenging night all around. I feel terrible for the wait staff as the confluence of restaurant week and a large trade show were too much for the restaurant to handle. Such a disappointing experience overall.
