WORST EXPERIENCE EVER ON BIRTHDAY DINNER OCCASION, WE HAD RESERVATION FOR BIRTHDAY DINNER OCCASION, AFTER ARRIVING I TOLD THE WAITER 2 TIMES MY WIFE'S BIRTHDAY TODAY. AFTER FINISHED EVERY MEALS $154 AND PAID IT, THE WAITER (JORDAN) DID NOT COMEBACK TO GIVE BIRTHDAY TREATMENT.
FYI, I SAW ANOTHER WAITER VERY ACTIVE BRING THE CANDLE IN THE GLASS CUP AND SOME BIRTHDAY CAKE TO ANOTHER TABLE.
I TRIED TO FIND THE MANAGER (MARIANO) , HE DID NOT ACT HOW HE SHOULD DO AS MANAGER, HE JUST TOLD ME WRITE MY NAME AND WILL GIVE THE TREATMENT IN THE NEXT TIME, HELLLOOO???!!! IF YOU A MANAGER, YOU SHOULD SAY SORRY AND GET YOUR CUSTOMER BACK TO THE TABLE AND TREAT THEM REALLY, NOT GIVE OFFERING FOR NEXT TIME !!!
