Went with my boyfriend for happy hour and loved it!!!!!!!!! They had some great cocktails, super fresh oysters/shrimp, and fun bites like calamari, sliders, and meatballs. Service was fast and attentive, and the whole place gave luxe date-night energy

The price to taste ratio is off with this place. It was my birthday and I expressed as much there was no pomp and circumstance, no free cocktail or dessert. I've been to better, ate better, and spent less. Very disappointed.

I had Josh B it was his first day and he did really well he knew the menu and was able to guide me and suggest his favorite items. He sold me on the chef's special for the night it was amazing . He took very good care of us on our anniversary even gave us a complementary glass of champagne for my parter and I. Overall 10/10 will be back again.

The vibe and environment was awesome! At first our waitress was so bubbly and nice! We were there celebrating just getting married. They gave us champagne and she was very helpful with the menu. The oysters were great! Our cowgirl bone in ribeye not so much. Sides were amazing tho! Once we got towards the end, her demeanor changed and right at 90 minutes we were basically pushed out of our table and told we could sit at the bar if we wanted more drinks. I thought this was very rude after a $300 dinner bill for 2. It was not very packed and they seemed to not care too much for their patrons once that 90 min hit. Def will not be going there again

The server was pleasant overall; however, there were moments when comments felt unprofessional. The reservation noted that this was a birthday celebration, and while the server acknowledged it by saying “happy birthday” several times, this was the first fine dining experience I've had where no celebratory dessert was offered. I ultimately had to request one myself, which was disappointing given the expectations of a fine dining setting.

We had a 4pm reservation and arrived right on time. There was a queue at the hostess stand and I could hear several groups saying they were walking for Happy Hour. After we checked in for our reservation we were not sat for 25 minutes as they sat group after group of walk ins. Yes, they arrived ahead of us, but we had a reservation so I feel we should have been sat ahead of walk ins. After 15 minutes of waiting I started seeing if I could get a reservation elsewhere but of course it was too late for that. After being sat, we were promptly brought walk but then were not greeted by a server for any 15-20 minutes. Our server greeted us with an apology that several servers hadn't showed up so it was just her. There were more than a dozen tables sat and I'd seen her at several multiple times before she came to our table. Why would they allow a lot of walking if they weren't properly staffed to handle the tables? We ordered food and drinks immediately and got drinks 15 minutes later and food about 10 min after that. Most of the food was delicious but my daughter's burger that she ordered medium rare was nearly well done and dry. We waited for her to come check on how everything was but I'd finished my food and she'd still not stopped by. I then started trying to wave her down with no luck. I asked a passing buster to please have our server come to the table. I saw him walk to her and tell her but 10 minutes later later she still hadn't come by. I then asked another passing employee to please have our server come by and this did her to come by the table. We reordered the burger and thankfully it did come out right. I've been to STK restaurants in San Francisco and Atlanta before and this experience was such a let down in comparison. I don't think there's any reason I'd go back. It was supposed to be a fun night out with my daughters but I felt that we were just in the way and I couldn't easily get food cooked as we requested.

I'd like to go back and sit in the main dining room area. We were seated off to the side in an area that looked like it was for private parties and the set up seem thrown together with uncomfortable chairs. It also seemed like they were trying put as many tables in that area fit like a bit of a sardine can situation.

Top notch service! Food was great, as always. STK is definitely a consistent place when it comes to food. We ordered the $9 lunch special burger and fries, hands down best deal in town! Valerie served us at the bar and she was exceptional! They had some fun holiday drinks, she made them for us and they were beautiful. Plus they tasted as good as they looked. Valerie was very attentive and fun to chat with. Perfect amount of things to say and left us alone when it was appropriate. Her drinks are great and she makes them quickly too! Will be back to see her.

This was my first time trying the happy hour at STK and I can definitely say 10/10 highly recommended. I sat at the bar and both Eva & Olivia assisted me. They were very attentive and responded very quickly when I wanted to order additional items. My fav options on the happy hour menu so far are the short rib quesadillas, oysters on half shell and the spiced watermelon martini!

I visited the Chicago location for my birthday celebration. Daniel and Oliver were our bartenders and they both were amazing. Daniel was our main bartender (we sat at the bar) and he was so friendly, attentive, and didn’t hesitate to offer suggestions and recommendations. Oliver definitely didn’t hesitate to jump in with helping us when Daniel had to step away. It’s located on the corner and parking was very easy but I can see on the weekends street parking being hectic. It is a parking garage right across the street. The food was delicious. We only ordered from the happy hour menu and it definitely filled us up. The atmosphere was intimate and comforting!
