"I had a terrible experience with customer service at this establishment. I was trying to add to my order before reaching the window, but the young lady never came back or responded. So, I asked about adding my order when I got to the window.
Instead of politely telling me that I had to come in or go back through the drive-through, she was rude and nasty. I also asked for a cup holder, and she snapped, saying "We don't have none!" She didn't have to be so rude, but she was.
Not only did she slam the drive-through window in my face, but she also cursed at me and gave me the middle finger several times. I responded with the same energy. When I asked for the manager, she did not want to get her. But when I spoke to the manager, she was polite and kind. She also gave me the owner's information.
The restaurant is not listed with the BBB, but I still reported this to the BBB. This behavior and service is unacceptable.

I ordered the chicken nacho grande. There was barely any chicken and it wasnt “Grande” for $9.99 this item should be a bigger quantity. Take notes from Tonys on 95th n king dr, check out their nachos because your grande should be a jr!
